Perfect location - not far from A3(M) and completely within walking distance of the train station. The annex itself was well equipped and spotless. Kevin personally welcomed us and left milk, tea, coffee and biscuits etc for us to use. Hosts were easy to communicate with and were responsive. Easy recommendation from me!

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

Exactly as described inside. The weather was lovely so we spent a lot of time in the garden, this is the only place that needs attention, the furniture is literally falling apart, the decking bounced and the grass was non existent. This by no means affected our stay, the rest of the house was immaculate, comfortable and well maintained. The house was easy to find in a quiet location and just what we needed for our visit.

Sally’s place was a great location for a weekend away with my son (11), visiting the Weald and Downland museum, Butser and Portsmouth. It’s in a beautiful, quiet location but easily accessible for going out and about. The boy loved how quirky it was and the beds in the mezzanine were very comfortable.
