Laura is such a thoughtful and gracious host! The carriage house is absolutely charming - bright, spacious, peaceful, and private. I felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. A perfect cozy winter weekend hideaway!

Laura and David were absolutely the best at communication! When we got to the Airbnb, it was a bit cold inside. The temperature was below zero, so Laura brought us an extra tower heater to use. We were toasty warm after that. Any time we had a question or concern, Laura and David immediately responded. Did I mention they were super responsive hosts? The rental was clean, cute, and full of natural light. The heated bathroom floor was wonderful! I would definitely rent again.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our long weekend staying in Leigh’s apartment. The location is wonderful - close to all that downtown Hopkins has to offer with easy access to Hwy 7 and the freeways. Street parking was abundant and easy. The beds and sofa are very comfortable and everything was very clean. All in all, it was an absolutely great find, and I’m certain we’ll try to stay there again on future visits to the Hopkins/Minnetonka area.
