The neighbors are friendly and the local restaurant, Riverside, has tasty food and live music. It is near the River, so there is kayaking, hiking, fishing and biking nearby for those adventurous travelers as well!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The accommodation was exactly as described and the hosts were incredible responsive which was very helpful! Upon arrival we could already tell from the exterior that this accommodation was well maintained! It was spotlessly clean! The decor was very stylish and homely which was exactly what we were looking for! There was many small things that really made the stay so pleasant! There was beach chairs and towels and an umbrella available to us which was perfect because we did not have any! The price was affordable compared to other places in the area and has better amenities! The full kitchen was perfect for us, I'm really glad we got to stay here and I highly recommend it!

Hi! I wanted to leave a review from the perspective of a family of 4, including a toddler. We were visiting friends who live in a neighboring town. I found the place to be spacious enough for the kids to not feel confined, and the neighborhood safe/quiet. The space was very clean. The owners also did a great job with the space design. There is a publix and diner pretty close to grab food. Garage made entry very easy with the kids/car seats.

Stay here! The home is beautiful. Photos don’t do it justice. It’s stocked with everything you could need, but the biggest reason to stay is the host, Enid. She is the most proactive, thoughtful and accommodating host I’ve ever had. A truly amazing person. Our stay was during a hurricane and Enid went above and beyond to ensure safety and comfort during and after the storm. I can’t thank her enough.

Krisztina’s house was all that we could have hoped for. Super well appointed, amazingly clean and great big comfortable spaces. No problem making nice dinners with all the utilities, tools and spices provided. We made use of the provided beach chairs and umbrella to visit the nicest beaches in Clearwater and Sarasota. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone.

Such a great place. Love the farmers porch. We enjoyed many hours out there. Dylan was great with communication. Accommodated check in a little bit early to help us with a college event. The decor is adorable. The neighbors are all very very friendly. Really nice area. Wish we found this gem 4 years ago when my daughter started college but definitely plan to spread the word to other st Leo families

Where do I begin?! The Curry Cove was the perfect place for my family of 5. From fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool, to kayaking the canals - it was a vacation we will remember forever. We loved the quiet location and enjoyed a day trip to kayak on the Weeki Wachee (we didn’t see manatees on the river, but we were able to see them from the Dawn Observation Tower. Renting a pontoon from Captain’s down the road, heading out to the flats and seeing dolphins in the canal was a favorite. And last but not least, kayaking out to the gulf to watch the sunset was a memory that will last a lifetime. Thank you for your fabulous place that we could walk right into and felt like home. We’re already daydreaming of a return trip.

had a very peaceful getaway. love that there are no neighbors behind the house on the other side of the water. hot tub was great to have, especially after kayaking. this was my first time ever kayaking and had no issues but definitely check the tides cause low can be really low. publix is just a short drive (5-8 min) and there is also a target and dunkin's in the same plaza - what else do you need LOL great communication from host. house was clean and has everything you need. if you don't mind a 45 minute drive, there is a great brewery we found in Trinity, FL - Escape brewing company was fantastic!

This house was great. Very private location. The heated pool was very nice. Sandra is very responsive if you need anything. Definitely recommend staying.

Kimberly was a great host! I would stay here again any time! Very clean and exactly how it was advertised! The hot tub was amazing!!! I would recommend to anyone on the fence!

This was such a perfect, quaint villa for our quick getaway. Bill was so nice and got us hooked up w an airboat ride, that picked us up from the back yard!! Capn Jason was super cool. Will definitely consider coming back

The place was amazing!!! We love the fact that the horses roamed around and were friendly. Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. Peace and quiet and so relaxing. Plus, it's not that bad of a drive to get to Tampa. David was awesome and made sure that everything was perfect. Would not recommend lol that way we can get this place again lol. Seriously the place is awesome would highly recommend.

We used Cris's airbnb for the bridal party to get ready before my wedding at Silver Springs. The location was close and convenient to the venue. The airbnb was beautiful, bright, spacious and perfect for all the photos taken. Although, it was a bit loud at night with trucks delivering to the back of the strip mall across the street. A light blocking shade would have been nice in the master bedroom to block the light from the neighbors spot light as well. Overall, the place was just what we were looking for and made getting ready for the big day enjoyable with plenty of rooms and bathrooms.

The place is secluded and very beautiful! The inside is spacious and plenty of room! We enjoyed the theme rooms! The hottub was amazing and worked perfectly. After walking the property dipping into the pool was a much needed relief! It is literally close to everything, 30 minutes tops but really less. Walmart, restaurants, swimming with manatees is 6 minutes away! Along with plenty of other parks or watering holes! It is a decently stocked kitchen as far as dishes and cookware! Maria was absolutely amazing, she was very flexible and responded quickly. Definitely would visit again!

Outstanding service. Had a couple questions and was super quick to reply. Home was clean. Beautiful home, spa, and pool. Susan was great to work with.

Conny welcomed my family at the door and gave us a quick tour of the house. She was very helpful and quick to respond. She left us a gift basket. We felt welcomed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Quaint Paradise was as described. We will definitely be back when we come back to the area.

Kelly was an awesome host—highly responsive and made everything super easy. The house itself is straight out of a magazine—beautifully designed and spotless. The location is perfect, especially if you're playing at Cabot Citrus. After a long day on the course, coming back to unwind by the picture-perfect backyard and pool was exactly what we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Lots of space. Rented it for a place to stay with my adult children who travelled from all over the country and abroad for my daughter’s wedding. It was perfect.

Nice place. Great to have the pool. Would come here again if we wanted a residential neighborhood. Was not a commercialized area. Felt like we were Floridians. 😀
