Monthly Rentals in Hisayama, Kasuya District

The parking lot was spacious and helpful. It was cold seasonally, but I was grateful for the consideration of the air conditioner, heater, and warm blanket under the bed.

We enjoyed staying at Mai’s place. It was a quiet neighborhood that was only a 3-4 walk to Hakozaki station. From that station, it’s about 5-6 minute train ride to Hakata station. There’s also a Reganet supermarket literally across the street. I recommend checking out Nagata Bakery Hakozaki, which is only a 10 min walk. They open at 8am, which is nice since most coffee spots in that area open around 10AM or 11AM. They have a variety of bread and pastries and free coffee refills. Mai was always checking in on us and gave us recommendations with directions. She was very helpful and was always responsive. Definitely recommend staying here. Thank you again, Mai.

This is my second time staying here and it'll always be my top choice when I'm in the area :) The house is clean and cozy and the surrounding area is so peaceful, quiet, and dreamy. Everything is beautiful and I feel so relaxed staying here. There was a big storm the last time I stayed, but the patio is fully covered, so I got to sit outside and sip my coffee while listening to and watching the rain. The bathroom and kitchen are so well-stocked -- I haven't cooked here but the kitchen makes me want to! John is also a fantastic host who is so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here if you have a chance!

The neighborhood is very convenient, there is a nice Izakaya next door, and parking spaces are very convenient for renting a car There are many supermarkets nearby, and several 24-hour ones. The host responded very promptly and the house was clean and tidy 3 adults and 2 children stayed for 9 days. Very convenient. Love it!
