Me and my partner spent over two months in Japan and travelled up and down the country, I can confidently state that this apartment was the best value for money apartment that we stayed in. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The room was on the top floor and the view from the balcony was fantastic, especially at night. The apartment has a traditional feel to it yet also felt very modern because of how well equipped it was, with almost entirely new appliances. The price for the time of year we stayed was unbeatable. Finally, an added bonus for any cat lovers (like me and my partner) the neighbours own 5 or 6 cats that hang out just below the balcony, watching them in a morning put a big smile on both of our faces. I would very much recommend this apartment for your stay in Nagasaki, which is both a beautiful and worthwhile city.

The room was as pictured, clean, stylish, and helpful for the interior of the home.I wanted to stay before building a house!There were no shortages of pots, dishes, etc., and there were extra blankets and knee hangings, so I had an experience like living in Nagasaki.The climb up the stairs was certainly difficult, but it is a good memory.In addition to my thoughts, it was cold, but the gas stove was warm and helpful.If there is only one thing, when you take a bus from Nagasaki Station, if you do not take a bus via Togamachi, you will go to a different person in Kosugacho, so I think it is necessary to be careful.

Maru House was comfortable and provides a new experience for anyone who wants to try living in a wooden house. The soundproofing is not great between floors but as we had the entire place to ourselves during our stay, it was ok. Cafe is closed whenever there are guests. Hosts would come by to clean the place daily - empty trash bins, change of towels etc. Host makes great pour over coffee too!

Clean modern apartment which suited us 4 very well. While the location is convenient and close to many things, getting to it by car was a bit tedious, it required us driving a big loop round due to some one-way lanes. Not a problem overall, we just didn't expect it because you can't tell the drive is an extra 10 mins just by looking at google maps.

The place is about a 8 minute walk away from Nagasaki station, so very central. The place itself was very nice and has everything you need to stay in Nagasaki. On my request I was provided a drying rack for my clothes, because the place only has a washing machine, which was a very nice gesture. Since the place it pretty central, please expect some noise from outside. There are also a few nice restaurants nearby. Please don't let yourself get fooled by "bad" Google reviews. A lot of the places are definitely worth trying out. Would go there again 👍

The place over two floors was excellent. The apartment is equipped with everything you could ask for. The furniture is very nice, tasteful and comfortable, we felt right at home. Everything, including every single remote, is explained exactly in several languages. That was great. The location is perfect and quiet but so central you can walk from the central station. Check-in was easy and the house was easy to find. We would come back. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay in Nagasaki.

The house is as per the photos. It has all the essential amenities. The host has provided the detailed direction to the house. Sasebo city, Huis Ten Bosch and Takeo are 30 mins away by car. Enjoyed the two nights stay here.

When I checked in, they explained the amenities of the room and the explanation of the BBQ, the tent sauna, etc., and I had no inconvenience.The interior was also very clean, and the number of rooms was spacious, so we had a full time.

I had a wonderful time this weekend in a very peaceful neighborhood. Everything I could possibly need was within walking distance and I was able to get to and from the train station so easily for longer trips. I would absolutely love to stay here again.

A very good place, a very traditional style house, a little cold in the lower part but very comfortable. I recommend the host and the place, bookoff nearby, eon game, shops, food etc etc 100% recommended, the host is very attentive.

It was a very clean and beautiful accommodation.The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet were all new and clean. I have a dog that only goes to the bathroom outside, but there was a small park a 2-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The recommended spots to go with a dog that they told me about were also good. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was a place where you could get to tourist destinations in about 30 minutes. I wanted to use it again.
