Monthly Rentals in Hillsborough River

I had a great stay here. I stayed here during my last semester of college and felt very comfortable there. Host had very easy and fast communication as well. Definitely recommend

The host was extremely responsive, honest and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The description and pictures of the place are accurate, easy to check in and check out. The accommodation is clean and nice, after renovation. I really enjoyed the fresh grass smell and birds sounds early in the morning like in the woods. All bedding, towels, dishes are clean, the kitchen has enough pots and pans to cook with and eating utensils.

Laura's responses to my questions were always prompt! Her place has a convenient location on a very quiet street. I loved making coffee and finding a basket with tea and treats! Also nice having all the toiletries in the bathroom! The air conditioner was useful for the warm days and when the temperature dropped suddenly, the heater for the rather unusual cold days was awesome!
