Monthly Rentals in Hillsboro Beach

We knew the Hillsboro beach area very well but had only stayed in local hotels that were overcrowded and lacked the comforts and necessities of a home. Tom’s villa was not only reasonably priced but provided every amenity we needed for a week long stay including a kitchen full of accessories, washer and dryer access, a wonderful swimming pool, was walking distance to the beach, and even had water toys too! The daily trash and linen pickup was also very much appreciated. The front office staff was also very attentive and helpful - thank you for everything Elaine! My family and I will gladly be returning.

A lovely home Silvia and Tito affectionately named Copa, is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. You have everything you need for relaxing enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well stocked with all the accessories you would need. The home is very clean and comfortable. As much as we enjoyed the inside, we really enjoyed the private screened-in pool and covered patio area. Everything you would need to spend the entire day and evening to relax or party...comfortable seating area, lounge chairs, bar counter with chairs, a table & chairs for four, and Adirondak chairs. Outside the screened-in area is amazing landscaping all around. You can definitely tell Silvia and Tito have put their heart and soul into it. We were very close to many nice restaurants, stores and of course the beach. Silvia is super nice and very responsive. She goes out of her way to ensure you enjoy your stay. We highly recommend you consider a stay at the Copa!

Great quiet place in safe neighborhood. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Place was clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to Miami and other places to explore. Highly recommend!

Great location, responsive host, easy check-in and check-out, villa has everything you may need from beach towels and cutlery to board games. Definitely will be coming back.
