Fabulous apartment with everything you need. You can walk into the city centre, though buses and taxi's are easily available. The apartment was spotless and was of a high standard. When the weather is nice this would be a beautiful spot - unfortunately we were hit by a winter storm. Even so the apartment was warm and cosy. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

Jonathan is a great host. Response time was minutes when we were coordinating check in. Clear and detailed instructions made it easy. The apartment was bigger than we thought from the photos. The king bed in the main bedroom is super comfortable. We would stay again.

We stayed here for the weekend, and the place was perfect and cosy, with everything we needed. It seemed much larger than the photos indicated. Although we had some difficulty locating it, the host was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue. I truly enjoyed sipping my coffee in the morning while looking over the canal—it was absolutely beautiful.

The location was perfect with lots of things to do locally. The apartment is aesthetically pleasing and beautiful there was no clutter and we were made to feel like it was our own place rather than being in a strangers home with personal belongings. The facilities within the property were in good condition and easy to use. The host is easy to reach and responsive the good communication made the stay and experience more enjoyable. My respect goes out the hosts and I thank them ever so much for being available and accepting our booking.

This was our second stay and it was just as good as the first! Fantastic hosts who go above and beyond. The flat was a cosy retreat for a December weekend. Would highly recommend!

Three of us stayed in this apartment for the weekend. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location just minutes from the city centre. It is spacious with good sized bedrooms and a large living/dining space with all the amenities you could need. The balcony gave great views of the river and the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is wonderful. It has great space for a crowd, in particular the combined kitchen, living room and dining area. It is also very well equipped. Lovely location on the canal so great for dog walks. The host, Darren was super helpful and very responsive. A gem of an Airbnb!

Great place to stay, right in the middle of the village but incredibly peaceful. Xmas tree by the entrance was a lovely touch! Gemma was a really helpful host, and hope to be back in Castleton soon.

We had an absolutely great few days here. We booked with some friends and we all really enjoyed it. The day before we arrived it had snowed so everything looked amazing. Having the log fire to use was really nice and got the house really cosy. I would definitely stay here again

Absolutely fabulous. Where do I start with my compliments? The house is amazing. Beautifully decorated throughout, spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard. It is comfy and cosy and everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided. Seven family members stayed in the house as we were attending a wedding at the nearby Hazel Gap Barn and it was perfect for our weekend stay. Kate is a brilliant host who answered all my queries before our arrival and was on hand with any help we needed during our stay. The freshly baked scones were a lovely welcoming touch. I can not recommend this house and its owner highly enough and would not hesitate in booking this gorgeous house again. Thank you Kate.

Dan has a fabulous home, very modern, the bed was so comfy, lovely modern kitchen, outdoor space and seating - it was so easy to find and super quiet. Perfect for Asda, and a short walk to the horse racing. Thanks so much Dan! Taxi from the station for a fiver x

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chrissie's Airbnb! The space was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and felt so homely—definitely a perfect retreat to relax in after a big day out. The location along the canal was stunning, offering peaceful views and a lovely atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. What truly made this experience exceptional was Chrissie herself. She was incredibly accommodating and a fantastic communicator, always providing reliable and prompt responses to any questions I had. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness really made the stay special. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—we would definitely come back!

Stayed at James’s apartment for one night, it was a perfect find. The location was great.l and the apartment matched the description given. The apartment was easy to locate thanks to the clear instructions given. James was also very responsive throughout. Highly recommend!

The most amazing place to stay in Manchester. It was our first time traveling to the UK and our hosts were flexible with our check in, helpful, and made us feel comfortable. We got stuck in the lift (not the host’s fault whatsoever) and they were apologetic as well as responsive. Would definitely book again! The place was just as described in the pictures and had everything we needed for our trip!

We had an amazing stay at Anne & Phil's, great hosts who made us feel right at home. Fantastic location with parking right outside the doorway. What a beautiful view from the lounge and a gentle flowing stream right outside. We sat outside and it was so peaceful. Thank you so much the bottle of bubbly to celebrate my birthday and all the other goodies. It was walking distance to the local pub The White Lion. The accommodation was lovely, cosy and clean and had everything you could possibly need. We did The Delph Donkey walk and then went for lunch in the Old Bell Inn the food was delicious. We would definitely recommend Anne and Phil's place we had such a relaxing time.

Fantastic find in a superb location, it’s a nice spacious apartment with great views of the river Only visited for a couple of days but we enjoyed the local trail and the Anglers Retreat just down the lane. Will definitely be back at some point to explore the area more.
