Waterfront vacation rentals in High Peak District

Jonathan is a great host. Response time was minutes when we were coordinating check in. Clear and detailed instructions made it easy. The apartment was bigger than we thought from the photos. The king bed in the main bedroom is super comfortable. We would stay again.

Visiting Leeds for a few days and wanted somewhere where I could work, relax and use as base to explore Leeds. Max’s apartment was perfectly located with everything within walkable distance. Loved the lounge space with view. Max was the best host - responsive, considerate and friendly - which made all the difference! Absolutely recommend and would use again for future trips to Leeds.

We were so happy when we arrived the place was even better than the photos and the photos of the property looked really good. There was such a great attention to detail everything we needed was there. It was the perfect place to spend time away and enjoy the beautiful Calder Valley.

What a fabulous little gem, beautiful surroundings, Suzanne & Ian are so welcoming, very knowledgeable about the local area & recommended some lovely places to visit. The flat is exactly what you see in the pictures, spotlessly clean & comfortable, we would highly recommend it, we hope to visit again later in the year.

Gina’s apartment is warm, clean and beautifully decorated with her colourful glasswork. It has a feeling of privacy and calm whilst being located right in the centre of town, with easy access to everything Hebden Bridge has to offer. Gina gave me such a warm welcome and had provided everything I could need for my short break. I had a lovely time staying here and would highly recommend Gina’s to anyone visiting Hebden Bridge.

The property has been renovated to a high standard, a great kitchen and dining area with balconies overlooking the Marina and canal. There were 4 friends in the group for a weekend reunion so having 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms was perfect. Easy access to walk along the canal towpath. Darren was pro active in contacting us once the booking was made and very quick to respond to our messages. About 5 minute drive to the nearest pub and less than 10 minutes drive to Poynton for a selection of pubs and restaurants. So overall a great place to stay.

The cottage is lovely and we had a really fantastic time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the Peak District.

Springbank cottage is a beautiful place to stay . Myself and my family had an amazing time . A great place to stay at Christmas . The Christmas carols at the Peak Cavern are not to be missed . Got us all into the Christmas spirit. All the nearby pubs are all so friendly . Christmas Day dinner at Loose hill hotel was the best we’ve ever had . We also had a great breakfast at three roofs cafe . We Will definitely stay again . Thank you !

Exceptional in all respects. The cottage was beautiful -beautifully renovated-, comfortable and warm - even in minus 5 outside temperature. Very comfortable beds. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of wood available for the wood stove. Good wifi as well as TVs. The hot tub ready at all times was a huge bonus and the younger generation even had a few quick dips in the quiet river a few steps from the hot tub… Would certainly love to come back some time

I had a fantastic stay at this new-build property. Accessing the keys was straightforward, making check-in hassle-free. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent, with a modern shower that worked perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean, and each of the three single beds was equipped with two towels, which was a thoughtful touch. The heating was great, ensuring the house stayed cosy throughout my stay. Parking right outside the property was incredibly convenient. Prince, the host, was easily contactable and very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

Dan has a fabulous home, very modern, the bed was so comfy, lovely modern kitchen, outdoor space and seating - it was so easy to find and super quiet. Perfect for Asda, and a short walk to the horse racing. Thanks so much Dan! Taxi from the station for a fiver x

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chrissie's Airbnb! The space was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and felt so homely—definitely a perfect retreat to relax in after a big day out. The location along the canal was stunning, offering peaceful views and a lovely atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. What truly made this experience exceptional was Chrissie herself. She was incredibly accommodating and a fantastic communicator, always providing reliable and prompt responses to any questions I had. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness really made the stay special. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—we would definitely come back!

Needed somewhere local for my visiting family to stay, this place was great location for us. James responsive to all messages. The flat was tidy and exactly as expected from the photos. Will book again for future visits!

The most amazing place to stay in Manchester. It was our first time traveling to the UK and our hosts were flexible with our check in, helpful, and made us feel comfortable. We got stuck in the lift (not the host’s fault whatsoever) and they were apologetic as well as responsive. Would definitely book again! The place was just as described in the pictures and had everything we needed for our trip!

Have stayed at Gary and Jane's property previously when visiting family and did so again and will do so again if down visiting family in future. Great value, clean, good central location, with really good amenities in the flat.

We had a lovely stay, at Anne & Phil's. Anne was welcoming and warm, the place was exactly as described, the location was peaceful, but also within a minute walk to local pubs and co-op. During the days we went for lovely walks, to Uppermill and also visited the historic Fort. Will definitely return.

We had 4 adults and 3 children under 5 years stay for two nights. The kids loved it with plenty if space for them to run around and for the adults to socialise. The running joke of the weekend was trying to find something to complain about because we couldn't. Everything in the apartment is of premium quality. From the beds and quilts to the bowls and mugs. You can tell the owners care for the apartment and the experience of the guest. Apartment was spotless when we arrived. The views and locations is fantastic. The sound of running water very calming. I will be back for sure.
