We now stay at this cozy cottage yearly for a family, mother/daughter trip. My husband and I are also interested in staying for our own romantic get away sometime. It is the perfect blend of city perks combined with a wooded, lake view natural environment. We also loved enjoying the huge hot tub outside right in the middle of winter. It was a joy all around that we can’t wait to enjoy again and keep recommending!

We needed a place for 3 small families to stay for a larger family event. This place for was perfect! We had more than enough space for all of us! The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of amenities provided like coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lots of towels! The home is three floors so there is privacy, but also plenty of communal space. There were so many little toys provided for children; a pool table, air hockey, a bar area, and tons of books and board games. The home backs up to a park that has tons of open space and is located in a quiet location. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The host was responsive and welcoming to us and our four dogs. We had questions about parking and securely locking the door to the property behind us. She was quick to respond in both cases and our questions were answered. I would recommend this property to others. It was convenient to us as we visited family and friends Minneapolis.

The apartment was nice located very conveniently. There was a big sticky spot under the couch and a soda bottle under the bed, but nothing that bugged us too much. Also, the pool and top floor was not open, but was able to talk with Tyler about it and we just went without. Tyler is very communicative. overall, the day was nice.

Terra's home was a great space for myself and our extended family to relax and unwind. The Hot Tub was perfect for 6 people and was extremely private. Terra was an amazing host; extremely responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this for anyone that needs to get out of town and host a few friends.

This has to be one of my favorite stays! I’m a big Vikings fan and come up often and I have to say this will be my place to stay every time! The Sonder team helped me execute the perfect birthday weekend for my lady. Suggested great eats , comedy shows, placed roses on the bed, heck even security allowed us to take a photo shoot by the pool. Sonder was home away from home and I’m very grateful! Alexis thank you again champ!

The property was beautiful inside and out, the boys and my wife loved the location. When there was issues or communication needed both hosts were very quick to respond. The only complaint I have is it was set to 77 degrees in the house, and the property managers never came to fix the air or heat , not a lot of airflow. Everything else was amazing

Great location near trails, Cedar Lake and Theodore Wirth Park! Grace was very responsive with lots of helpful information! Easy in and out; it had everything we needed; Appreciated the large selection of coffee pods for the Keurig in the morning!

This was our first time visiting Minnesota and everything went perfect! We were very happy with our booking. Everything was just like the pictures and descriptions. Gerald did an excellent job with giving a very thorough explanation online on the check-in and check out process. We are already planning on returning to Minnesota and will definitely be looking at one of Gerald’s properties to stay at.

Our family had a wonderful stay here! The pool was amazing, and we also enjoyed the sauna, theater room, pool table, arcade games, and the woods behind the house. There was a ton of space to spread out and the beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. Communication from the host was great, and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay here again!
