Vacation rentals with breakfast in Hennepin County

It was not easy to find a 4 bedroom place in MSP that allows a dog. We are grateful Lisa makes her home available. For a home the hosts actually live in, it is well set up as an airbnb. It is a clean, well organized home in a lovely area. MSP is expensive so that was reflected in the price.

This place is a true gem! Beautiful home, lovely neighborhood, wonderful hosts. We will definitely check if their place is available again next time we're in town!

This house was perfect for our family. We have 7 adults and 2 dogs and the space and layout and amenities were all great. The yard is very large but not fenced. That was fine with us but it could be tricky for kids or run away dogs. The kitchen was well stocked and Janine provided tons of extras — beverages, snacks, shampoo, bathrobes, etc. Amazing. We intend to rebook soon. Oh yes, and we all loved the massage chair!

I loved staying here! Mark and Katie are wonderful hosts - kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The apartment is a great location and close to so many things, and also a great place for working remotely. I’d definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this cozy Northeast Minneapolis home. The location is perfect and hosts went above and beyond to make sure it was safe and comfortable for our toddler. The theater was incredible. Definitely would stay again!

Everything was very clean and in good condition. It is a mid century home that has been tastefully updated. We were able to drive to downtown Minneapolis in 10-20 minutes depending on traffic. The neighborhood was quaint, with kids playing outside in the yards and dogs being walked. Adam was caring and responsive. We had no issues while we were there so there wasn’t much need to communicate, but he responded promptly and helpfully when I had a question. A perk I have not experienced in other Airbnb stays is that dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent were provided. That was thoughtful and convenient, as I forgot to pack those things.

Everything was clean and accurate based on the listing. Christy was very communicative and responsive. Overall a great house for a large group.

Sarah is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and very quick to respond if I ever needed anything. Would definitely book again.

Peter is an excellent host. His response time is immaculate. The space is nice, clean, neat and tidy. Very refreshing to stay here & has all the amenities you need. If you need a home away from home, please book with him. I highly recommend.

Sarah was a very attentive host, always answering my messages quickly and clearly. Nice location, good things to do in the area, good location to downtown, and a great neighborhood! Great amenities and a good place to stay for a more extended time, but don’t want to sublease/lease an apartment.

I recommend this place highly-it's very convenient for work, play, and relaxation. Sarah is a great host and the guests here are chill and cool people. I was new to Minneapolis and I had a great time exploring St. Louis Park, Bde Maka Ska and Uptown - and commuting to work out in the burbs was a breeze.

Drove down for the Vikings game on Sunday, and stayed at Peter’s place. Place was awesome, it was cozy. Beds were extremely comfy; slept like a rock. Would recommend. We found it to be in a great location. Lots of great restaurants near too.

Ease of access in and out of the place was great. Also appreciated the off-street parking, especially during the weekend.

Great location, walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. Stephen was very responsive and was flexible for a late check out.

We just keep coming back to this surprisingly spacious studio. Our host is always clear and approachable, answering questions quickly even when not on site. The place is consistently clean and convenient to U of Minnesota, downtown, airport and St Paul. On the practical side, you should be OK w a small bathroom and some stairs (Treetops, right?). Be prepared for long walks or biking on the River Parkway, a nearby co-op, excellent restaurants, quiet neighborhood, and a pair of eagles nesting down the street!

Mrs. Pennie was wonderfully accommodating. We attended a late night show and she stayed awake to assure we got home safely. She frequently checked to make sure we had everything we needed, and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast the following morning!

Great location and great hosts, and the value of a room and breakfast for the price provided is simply impossible to beat.

stayed here with our family. loved all the king beds for adults had baby bed, pack and play high chair perfect for babies games and entertainment for middle school kids. never stayed at rental before with so much food included too. close to and easy to get to mall America, zoo and Ikea

Monica could not have been more welcoming as a host. (I also briefly met Russell and Rebecca, who were also lovely, but the North Minneapolis property at which I stayed was mainly managed by Monica.) Along with ensuring my access to a variety of amenities (however experienced I may be as a traveler, I always forget things!), Monica also went "above and beyond" as I was dealing with a flare-up of a mobility-limiting condition, finding a heating pad for my use and taking me on pharmacy and grocery runs when I could not otherwise manage other transit. Moreover, she prioritized my well-being as an immunocompromised person by declining reservations from additional guests, absent their assurance in advance concerning their vaccination status. I found her highly knowledgeable about the area and a very caring, sincere human being overall.

This was my first AirBNB experience. Lisa is a great host! She’s incredibly proactive, responsive and accommodating. The whole place is warm and welcoming, and even though you’re in your someone else’s home the room felt very private. The bed is so comfortable - it was hard to not want to take a pillow souvenir home! Oh, and the dogs - so sweet! This will be my first choice for my next work trip. Thank you!

Great host. let us check in early due to our fighting landing early. clean house, comfortable beds, close to food, groceries ,etc. close to downtown, the mall of america and airport only 20 mins away. nice quiet place to stay.

I was able to work from the kitchen table- where there was cereal, lots of cut up fruit and homemade mini muffins- which were delicious! They made the availability of the kitchen area open which was really appreciative. Super nice people. The bed was very comfortable and the tub was super deep- which was nice soak in. The neighborhood was beautiful! Walked many miles. easy access to the very inexpensive public transportations systems. Thanks for the opportunity to stay with your family.

Met my needs perfectly! Felt like a home away from home. Although it was a shared bathroom situation, there were no issues nor problems. the bed was extremely comfortable for my standards. Breakfast was delicious both days that I took.
