Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Hennepin County

The house location is beautiful being at a lake. The house is comfortable and well furnished. The decor is fascinating. The host, Steven, communicates very well. He left thorough instructions for using the house and appliances. He left suggestions for local restaurants and activities. The home is clean and well maintained. Parking is easy on the lot. At night the path to the rear doorway is well lit by automatic lights.

This place was great! We truly felt right at home. The beds are really comfortable. Only about a 10 minute Uber to downtown. The neighborhood is safe, and very pretty. Normaliz was very quick to respond to a question we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Pete accepted our booking last minute and had us in within an hour of our last booking cancelling last minute. Pete was very helpful and saved our trip! The house is even nicer than what the pictures show. Very private and peaceful. Will definitely book again on our next trip here

Spent a week here with my wife and 10-month-old son and Brandon's place was wonderful. It was cozy, comfy and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at this place again if we come back to Maple Grove in the future.

Easy quick drive from MSP. Lots of grocery stores, malls and restaurants within 5-15 drive.

This place is wonderful! It was clean, incredibly comfortable, and it's well stocked with anything you could need for your stay. Laura and Ken were easy to communicate with, and checking in & out was a breeze. The area is pretty residential, but even without a car it's not too tricky to get to many of the great neighbourhoods the Twin Cities have to offer. I would gladly stay here again and again :)

The house was perfect for us for our week long trip to visit family! More than enough space for 5 of us who stayed there. It was very clean and felt like home while we were there. The electric fireplace made it real cozy. That and the record player were big hits for our kids. It was in the perfect central location for visiting all our family around, and was only a 15-20 minute dri e to downtown St. Paul. Shan was a fantastic host. She was very responsive and very accommodating. I would stay here and book with her again!

Enjoy staying at homes that feel like your own home, this was our experience at Andrea's home. She made sure that it was fully equipped with all the items and essentials needed for your stay: coffee, fresh creamer for your coffee, tea, and other items welcomed us, as did having the extra sleeper couch already prepared for us.

The apartment is exactly as described and photographed. Very comfortable, with everything we could possibly need, the hosts were very welcoming, always responsive, even went the extra mile by leaving home made granola for us to eat, some nice drinks in the fridge, coffee, cocoa, matcha and so one. A record player is available as well as the records and Aaron even brought us some more, when he learned we really enjoyed listening the music, by the fire place with a cup of tea ( the tea was also available, in a good selection). Honestly I have never before been in such a comfortable, very well furnished , Airbnb. And I have been in a few in different parts of the world. Highly recommend. Thank you Colleen and Aaron.

A nice little place to stay! I had a little trouble finding the back entrance, but one i did it was easy. I felt very safe and cozy.

Patricks place is great for a few people to stay in one place. it was easy to find in a really quiet neighborhood. Patrick was also flexible with check in and out and helping us get settled in

Jean/Claude has great taste and is an impeccable host. Truly a professional and all his listings are divine, especially this one!

Enjoyed are stay, Uptown is a great area to stay. A lot was walkable and Uber and Lyft rides were always available.

Place was super clean. Snacks and drinks available. The home has multiple rooms, all were set up for guests. Access from the back of the building - parking spot in the back off the alley. Home is quite nice. We enjoyed our stay.

It was great.There are the fake fireplace to warm up the rooms and look beautiful. The kitchen is small but a nice stove and dish washer. There is a washing machine and dryer for the clothes. There is a nice bathroom with a big walk-in shower. The best part we could have our dog come with us.

Great stay! Gorgeous home right on the lake - it was pretty awesome to be able to kayak on a beautiful lake each morning before heading in to Minneapolis. Would definitely stay here again!

The Sonos speaker system was cool, and the fast internet worked great to livestream our ceremony. The provided Bluetooth mics and speaker were an excellent addition that we greatly appreciated having! Vank was very communicative by text and even called me right away when we had a speaker issue. Our guests had nothing but lovely things to say about the location! Thank you again!

We stayed at the Ridgewood house with 3 different groups of friends to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was a great trip, and the house was a real standout. It is a little confusing at first because there are so many nooks and crannies. Perfect for a group of people that want both their privacy as well as easy places to gather. The exterior is a little drab, but as soon as you open the door, the hardwood floors, variable ceiling heights, and big windows let you know that this place was built to be cool and comfortable. The house is so convenient to everywhere in the city. Most of the city of Minneapolis is 10-15 minutes away. SK Coffee was the standout walking distance coffee shop. There is so much space at the Ridgewood house and it was clean and comfortable. The host was easy to work with. Highly recommended.
