We just loved this Linden Hills condo. Perfect for us and our labradoodle Hank! Very close to some amazing restaurants and Bars. Highly recommend the Picnic. Great menu and beer selection. Walkable to Lake Harriett and lake of the Isles.

We were looking for a place to spend a few days as a family before heading to the Northwoods for some time at our family's cabin. Jean-Claude's place was the perfect fit! The fireplace, the welcoming Christmas tree, the roomy bedrooms and bathrooms, well-appointed kitchen with plenty of coffee, even a work desk and chair! I am super picky about cleanliness and appreciated right off the bat the "please remove shoes" sign--always a good sign! We felt right at home, we did some grocery shopping nearby, parking was easy, and the place was so close to everything! We will definitely be back!

If I could give ten stars, I would. This was the best AirBNB I’ve ever booked. Incredibly friendly and responsive owner, beautiful house in a perfect location. The house was spotless and welcoming, beds are so cozy and comfortable. Walkable to the lakes and plenty of local shops and restaurants. Quiet street in a charming neighborhood. My local friends were so impressed with this house they’ve saved it to recommend to all their out of town visitors. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice place to stay & the host was easy to communicate with! The street it’s located on is full of shops and restaurants which was nice but very loud at night. Highly recommend this place!

We flew in for a holiday visit and our plane landed late at night and so this location was great b/c it was less than 10 minutes from the airport which allowed us to focus more on getting settled in and rested rather than navigating a long drive. The condo was tucked away in a private and quiet area and we found it to be so cozy and peaceful. Just looking out the front window we saw beautiful cardinals and cute squirrels which was a thrill for us desert dwellers! The Minnehaha falls was a quick 15 min walk and WOW what a treasure it was despite the cold temps! We really enjoyed all of the little details the hosts put into the space, from toiletries to treasure maps! Highly recommend this place!

Lisa was very responsive and super friendly. The space was lovely. I enjoyed the community, restaurants and parks. I would definitely stay again!!

Very clear instructions and the place was exactly as described so no surprises, which is nice! (We had no problems at all with the water pressure as noted in previous reviews, so maybe this has been addressed? )

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend and it was great! Very clean, cozy, and homey. It was the lower floor of a home, but it still felt very private. Would definitely stay here again!

Mauro's place was just right for our 5 night stay visiting family in the area. We used the kitchen for breakfast every day and did some cooking too. The heating system worked great and we stayed warm and comfortable inside even though the weather was very cold during our stay. Very convenient to have an assigned parking space behind the building. Mauro was very responsive to our needs. Plus, very clean space with comfortable bed and furnishings. Would stay again when we're back in town.

Ameet was a wonderful host! His second-floor apartment is a great place to stay if you like Uptown, and being near the lake. The apartment has beautiful details of an older home, including a claw foot tub. Because it is his residence, the kitchen is well stocked, and the rooms feel cozy and homey. The beds were comfy and had lots of pillows. I also appreciated the fans in the bedrooms, which helped move the air-conditioning from the kitchen, dining room and front room into the bedrooms (which do not have an air vent). There is a parking spot in the back accessed via the alley. Overall, a relaxing and nice place to stay if visiting Minneapolis!

Owner very responsive. Way too noisy for myself. Great condo, very upscale. Would recommend for the younger party people. Very clean and pictures matched.

The space is lovely! Impeccably clean, quiet and private. Beautiful tree-lined streets. Steven was friendly and very accommodating when I asked if I could stow my luggage for my later flight. He checked in during my stay to make sure everything was up to par, which it certainly was!

Fantastic location. Grateful for dedicated parking. Perfect place to anchor our house hunting trip. We loved walking out to restaurants and ice cream!

Adam's place is conveniently located within a walking distance (about 20 mins) from UMN campus, which was the main advantage for me. The place is older but charming, with real-wood floors and iron-cast heaters. Seward Coop supermarket is just one block up Franklin Ave. You can walk straight from home to a beautiful bike/ped trail that runs along the river. Аdam was responsive and quick in coming over when something was out of order. . The kitchen was amply supplied with all the necessities: coffee filters, spices, etc. It's a great place and I would happily stay there again!

I was lucky to find Pam’s place last minute! Me and my partner felt at home. Very cozy for two people needing a place to stay while on a road trip. The kitchen is small and petite but it gets the job done for late cooking. The bed was not to my comfort only since I prefer a firm mattress along with a firm pillow. You will sink into the bed especially towards the middle. We were able to make it work! I enjoyed my stay and will come back if I’m in the area.

We had a great time at Lisa’s place. We said it was our favorite airbnb we have stayed in. We hope to stay again next year. The attention to detail with helpful notes and items was the best part. It really felt like a home that someone lived in and turned over to us with all the amenities we needed. The decorations were also a nice touch and had us finding interesting items in the house up until the last day.

We love, loved everything about our stay at David’s house! Even though I arrived a day or two before the rest of my family, I felt really comfortable being there. The home is very cozy, spacious, and the beds/pillows extremely plush. I definitely hope to stay again! My daughter & husband live on the other side of Bde Maka Ska & the location is perfect for us. With a place this nice… why would I ever want to stay at a hotel.

Great place to stay and very close to university of Minnesota. The house was exactly as the pictures and was very clean. Adam was friendly and responsive.

The unit was exactly as described: very quiet, cozy, artfully decorated and neat as a pin. Others have reported it as chilly, but we never needed to use the provided heater, and it was perfect for sleeping in a very comfortable bed. We walked to - a delicious and eclectic restaurant that includes many vegan options, which my daughters appreciated, - the Midtown Global Market, a fun place to shop, - and the Greenway biking/hiking trail. I've never been on an urban bike path and was very impressed and appreciated the opportunity to see the city from a unique perspective. We stayed for three nights and never had trouble parking on the street in front of the house. As indicated in the listing, there's no stove/oven or TV, but for our purposes the toaster oven and microwave were more than sufficient and we had a laptop to stream if we'd needed to, so no big shakes. We would definitely recommend this unit and we hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.
