Host is super helpful and friendly. The place is better than the photos can even show! Super clean and has everything you need to cook in the room. Spices, utensils, pans etc… Super clean and a GREAT stay I would recommend this to everyone and stay here again in a heartbeat.

Susan is a great host. I’ve stayed in a number of the properties she manages and always had a great welcoming experience. Check-in and out were super easy. The unit has a new floor and the bed was super comfortable, I drifted off to aloha dreams each night. There were plenty of towels and storage space, and even a yoga mat. The small kitchen space and ‘larger than a mini-bar’ fridge were super handy. The building is waterfront and there’s a great lawn area out front and stairs to access the ocean. Kaimana beach is a 5-min walk, Waikiki 15-minutes and Diamond Head views from the building and park are spectacular. Free overnight parking at the park 6pm-10am, beats the $50 a night hotel parking in Waikiki! ❤️🙏 mahalo nui loa for a great stay Susan!

The Coconut Cottage was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter's high school graduation in Kauai. She wanted us to stay in Kilauea so we'd be near two of her (and our) favorite eateries: Kilauea Bakery and Kilauea Fish Market (for its terrific poke)! We enjoyed a wonderful time thanks to the Coconut Cottage and our host Cynthia. She has great communication, so check-in was super easy. The cottage is spacious, and the trade winds, open windows, high ceilings, fans and lanai kept us cool and so relaxed. Kitchen is totally stocked. Furniture, beds and bathrooms clean and comfortable. There are also board games, TV set, dining table, a portable cooler, rocking chairs to enjoy the scenery, fruit trees and fragrant flowers and cute gekkos in the garden. Thank you Cynthia, for thinking of everything we'd need to feel at home! It's also conveniently close to great beaches, eateries, coffee shops, shops and markets. We would highly recommend the Coconut Cottage and would love to return!!!

Konrad and Robert’s home environment was beautiful and peaceful. They were friendly and conscientious hosts who made sure to greet us on arrival and explain everything about the house, neighborhood and sites to us so we would feel comfortable and at home. While the unit is a little small, it is adequate and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The attached covered deck/patio is large and you want to spend your time out there enjoying the beauty of their landscaping and the great weather. They went above and beyond to provide some food and local or homegrown fruit that was convenient and a special treat. I highly recommend their place as a central place to access many sites on the west side of the island and to relax and enjoy a local setting.

Aloha Gary! We stayed in your place next door a few years ago and had the time of our lives! When I spoke with you then, it turns out you knew my old Geology of the Hawaiian Islands professor, Dr. Carl Johnson. You mentioned our textbook was by your old professor--we still reference that text from time to time in our work as civil engineers on Hilo side. Jessica is just as full of aloha as we remember, and she even brought us an ono loaf of banana bread. We can't thank you enough for letting us bring our rescue kitty! She's only about 5 weeks old now, but our vet says she's in good health and even though she still drinks formula out of a baby bottle, she uses the litter box. Glenn’s place is in a great location, close to town and the beach, and has a fully functioning kitchen BBQ, and very fast wifi, which made it a great spot for a longer term stay. Would definitely recommend!

This place was unique and a first for us as we usually stay on the west side of the big island. When we were searching for places, this one stood out being on a farm in the lush green countryside. The pineapple cottage was perfect for the two of us plus a one year old. It was serene and beautifully peaceful. We loved our stay. It was nice and comfortable. Madeleine even offered us some additional baby accommodations we didn’t expect. Exceptionally kind and welcoming. Plenty of suggestions and neat history of their home. The home was super close to Akaka falls. A short drive to Hilo with beaches. Onekahakaha was our favorite. We appreciated the hospitality and place call home for a few days. Thank you Madeleine for a wonderful stay!

I booked bill’s place for my daughter’s 3rd birthday staycation. The power was cutting in and out and with young children I just couldn’t stay and wait it out. I reached out to bill and even with the time difference he replied super quick. He was so kind and accommodating. Looking forward to booking again, especially when the electric cooperates 😆

The location is great. The sand is right INFRONT but you have to walk way around to get there (due to a fence) An odd thing happened where in front of our unit. As early as 6am people come out and set chairs in front of OUR home in sand. (it is a great spot with a nook) The next day we set ours at 6 am and they just camped out right in front of our beach chairs (odd and rude). The next day there was another beach chair set up with an umbrella BEFORE sunrise. Then later we saw some guy come and throw the chairs and umbrella over to the bushes and camp out RIGHT INFRONT of our balcony (in the sand). We think they looked like locals (one lady with grey hair and one old man with a very dark tan). It didn't bother us since we just stayed in the grass lawn but it would have been nice if we could have used the sandy part in front. Saw Turtles and Seals near our beach and humpback whales jumping from our living room. Thanks for the nice amenities too!

Beautiful location! Highly recommend! Keith & Nalani were very kind & hospitable. They were very easy to contact & answered all our questions. Our check-in & check-out process was easy & smooth. Rooms were in excellent condition & provided beach towels, snorkel gear, and beach chairs. Convenient location & easy walk to the beach.

This place is a very nice penthouse unit with a glorious ocean view perched above hideaways beach. If you've been wondering if it's worth paying up for a view, we would say "absolutely"! the place was spacious for our family of four and had a fairly well-stocked kitchen. Rent this place, you'll be happy you did!

Great location, walkable to many shops and restaurants in Kailua-Kona. The space was exactly as described and the extras for the beach (sand toys, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella) were fantastic. My kids loved the pool, we loved the lanais to hang out on in the evenings. Fast wifi, included parking, hard to find fault with this stay.

Loved our stay at Andrew’s place in Poipu! The beach was only a few steps away and we loved the athletic club and pool across the street. Andrew was friendly and attentive. I can’t wait to visit Poipu again and hope we can find a few nights to stay at Andrew’s! If this place is available for the dates you’re looking for, book it!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice! The location is wonderful. Sunset view over golf course and peek a boo ocean views are stunning. The place is very well appointed and clean! Comfy furniture. Kitchen well-stocked with enough stuff to easily make a full thanksgiving dinner. Walk to pool is easy and the trail just past the pool is wonderful. To the right it goes over cliffs with stunning views. A bit scrambly but not too difficult. About 20 minutes to the black sand beach. To the left the trail quickly becomes paved and you can walk for miles along several high end resorts. The pool is gorgeous, situated on a cliff overlooking the ocean with whales and dolphins playing in the water!

It was like having a hotel to ourselves. Family gathering, enjoyed being together as well as having some privacy. Stephanie was very responsive. The house had a lot of options of places to gather, for our big group. We had a great time. No concerns.

AMAZING STAY!!! Jorma’s place was just as described. It was beautiful inside and out. My daughter loved taking her IG worthy photos in the beautiful yard. There was plenty of space for my family of 4. It was close to the beach and other local activities but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle. I loved taking my morning walks around the neighborhood and everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Jorma was very responsive and gave great suggestions for local things to do. We would 100% stay again.

The room we got was at the Westin Kaanapali North. It had a partial ocean view. I was really happy with this since the expectations were "mountain views". The kitchen had broken cabinets and could use a little cleaning. the masters bath shower could also use a little cleaning. other than the small things, the place and amenities are amazing! our family was so blessed by this stay. I highly recommend Gordon and will definitely be back to rent from him again!!

I stayed for 3 nights in March 2024 with family. We enjoyed our time at the house. It’s a beautiful property with nice plants/flowers, spacious, clean, comfortable. The neighborhood is nice, plus there’s a small and pretty beach about 3 minutes walk. We even saw turtles at the beach one day. We loved the interior and exterior of the house. The only issue we had was the parking space was tight for our SUV. I received messages before the trip and check-in day with instructions, reminders, local contact. Our host Maria was responsive to questions during booking and also during our stay. My family is grateful that we were able to find an amazing house with a great host.

An Absolutely beautiful stay in Kona! Walking distance from some amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots, as well as a short drive from some amazing Kona destinations. Would absolutely book this next time I’m in Hawaii!

I had a wonderful stay! Great spot near downtown. Easily walkable and bike-able. A lot of living space in the apartment and fully loaded with cooking equipment, dishwasher, and laundry, which is a huge plus in this area!

Loved this house in tropical forest. Amazing atmosphere and very peaceful. If you are here to visit Volcano national park this place is perfect. Lots of trails and view points within 10-15mins drive from the house. I would stay at this house again if I were to visit Volcano NP again.

Our family had the best time at Kip and Jerry’s. From the warm welcome, incredible fruit and fresh eggs, to fun on the trampoline and listening to the coqui frogs at night… we will most definitely be back!

This place was amazing, they really have thought of everything. A couple of convenient things were the location of the laundry (definitely download the app and save time and quarters) and the trash shoot was also really close which was so nice. It’s close enough to the strip, but far enough away.
