Vacation rentals with a pool in Hawaiian Islands

Jade's house on beach is new and fresh. Beach street is amazing and a short walk to the puna trail. Pics totally accurate. Have stayed at oceanfront while on Hilo, and was surprised by the serenity and lack of ocean commotion. Bed was extremely comfortable. Pool was spotless and with the lounge chairs, every day is a pool vaca! Jade is very accommodating and available. Highly recommend! Mike sf

We had a lovely time staying at Chris’ place. The common areas, both inside and out, were peaceful and comfortable. We loved being able to go back and forth between the two for meals, reading, and just relaxing. The kitchen is large, which made it easy to maneuver (and the 4 adults staying there weren’t on top of one another). We used the BBQ grill, the oven, and the toaster oven/air fryer and everything worked well. The pool was icy cold, perfect for a dip when the sun got especially high in the sky. We found that useful after walking down to the walking trail and doing a couple miles midday. The bedrooms worked well for us, with 1 couple taking the master and 1 taking the back bedroom. For a family with kids, the lower bedrooms would probably work well, as the two connect with a bathroom. Location-wise, it was convenient to shops/restaurants, 15 minutes to the dock (for diving), and 30 to golf. Chris was super responsive to all our questions, even on holiday. Thanks again!!

This is an excellent home. The hosts are very responsive and supply an accurate description of their house. The place worked perfectly for our 3 generation group. The geezers (us) stayed in the separate downstairs apartment. Not lux but decent. The 2 sons/spouses and 2 grandkids (2 &3.5) had the run of the more lux upstairs. Large bedrooms with good bathrooms. We prepared meals upstairs (no stove down) and enjoyed them outside on the large table under the roof on the porch. Good breeze there. Pretty warm inside for meals but the A/C in the BR's is great. The pool is perfect. Lots of floaties, toys, etc. Good loungers and a picnic table under cover next to the pool. The beach accessory selection is great. Coolers, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel stuff. Good location near a well equipped shopping center with groceries, Longs drugs, restaurants and a small Saturday farmers market. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access. I highly recommend this rental.

If you are looking for a peaceful get away, this house ticks all the boxes! The house is so incredibly peaceful & quiet, very spacious and super clean. Our first Christmas on the big island was a huge success for our party of 6 plus baby as cooking was a breeze due to a large, well equiped kitchen. We really didn't have any issues..loved our stay...Mahalo Suzy & Peter

Tracy is an awesome host and her place is absolutely incredible. Her space is even larger than the photos appear. Everything was super clean and spacious, with a full kitchen and tons of amenities. Beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient location for getting around Kona. Highly recommend! NOTE - the driveway is *extremely* steep and might need multiple tries to climb successfully. Also some critters might end up making their way indoors. But overall the stay was totally worth it. Thanks Tracy!

The house was absolutely gorgeous! The rooms were well-appointed, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed as a family of 4 to cook when we needed etc. The bedrooms were also well laid out, with two rooms on the first floor for our kids, and the master bedroom and additional bathroom on the second floor. Having the sitting area and kitchen on the third floor was special because the views from the top floor were lovely, and so nice when we were cooking meals to look out! The house itself was walking distance to the Princeville Center, with restaurants and shopping (including Foodland), and walking distance to the beach. It is also a 10 minute drive to Hanalei town. Kurt was so responsive as a host and gave us clear instructions on how to find the house, get inside etc. There were also great recommendations for places to visit/eat at. All in all, an amazing stay, and we would recommend Kurt's place to anyone looking to stay on Kauai's north shore.

We had an incredible stay at Kelly’s Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short distance from beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space was spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority. Kelly was also an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would absolutely stay here again.

Brenda's condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, quiet, had all the cooking appliances, utensils etc needed, free parking, a lovely deck and a closet full of beach stuff (chairs, flippers, snorkels, umbrellas etc). They have lots of linens, towels and beach towels as well. The night time lights in the pool area were very pretty to watch, and the sound of the ocean was wonderful. It was in walking distance to a few small stores, beaches etc, but not really to the main section with restaurants, costco, souvenirs etc. This was not a problem since we had a car. I would suggest renting a car if you want to see the sights of the Big Island. Brenda allowed us a late checkout and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

My stay here was great, the view was absolutely beautiful! Kristina would respond quickly whenever I had a question which is a plus, and we were even able to check in a little early. The place was clean and spacious, and the view of the ocean is totally worth it! The only thing that I would say is if you are a light sleeper and you are planning on sleeping in the bedroom closest to the street, you will be able to hear the cars passing all through the night. Other than that it was the perfect place, pretty close to the downtown area as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location and amenities. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Beautiful views, walk right out to the beach to watch the sea turtles come on shore each night. Close to the airport and centralized made it easy to get to either side of the island. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler available was an added bonus we were not expecting. Thank you so much, had a great time!

It is worth renting from an owner that is available and responsive! Tiffany was very great to deal with and very helpful. The place is very clean and very close to downtown. There are bikes for rent across the street. The seaside pool is amazing and relaxing with the waves crashing into the rocks just feet away. Thank you for the last minute stay!

The place was pretty clean and had all we needed for our stay. The A/C works great!

One of the nicest Airbnbs at which we’ve stayed. This was our second time staying here. Very well-equipped, from welcoming snacks to cooking supplies to beach supplies like toys and a cooler and even reusable, insulated water bottles! I was very impressed, and we felt right at home. It was also very clean: my sister was staying in another condo nearby and remarked how much cleaner our place was than hers. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and also went to the athletic club for the gym and pickleball and pool. The food at the pool bar was also excellent! Highly recommend Heather’s place, and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Great room close to Honolulu area with parking included. Accommodates only 2 beds with 1 couch. The room is perfect if you don't plan to stay in it and are exploring the rest of Oahu. Wi-Fi was laser fast which was an added plus for remote communication. Would recommend it if you are looking to get your bearings for a brief stay in the city area. Very close to the beach but more touristy than local.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The location is great as far as walking to the beach, restaurants, and stores in the area. We love Waikiki thank you! Dirk

Steve’s home was perfect! Very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet (only exception- the rooster next door gave us a wake-up call every morning, lol!). Amenities were wonderful- even had a hair dryer and a couple curling irons in the Master bdrm drawer, plus a couple robes to wear). Plenty of pool toys and beach goodies- towels, new beach chairs and two new beach umbrellas. Even a cooler. We brought a bunch of things we ended up not needing because of what was supplied. The home has been beautifully updated. He has everything you need in the kitchen, too. We’ve already recommended this home to several friends. We had our 4 month old granddaughter with us and there was a Pack N Play provided with the infant insert which was perfect. The Master BR downstairs is huge with a little kitchenette. Everyone in the family loved it. The view off the deck is stupendous. So much so that our (now) son-in-law decided that was the perfect spot to propose to our daughter. Unforgettable trip!

This large home was perfect for our extended family vacation. 5 bedrooms plus a sleeping area gave everyone a comfy place to rest. The two bedrooms with 2 twin beds also had the option for a king bed instead. There was also an option for a pack and play and other toddler items which we took advantage of. The kitchen was a great size with 8 burners to cook from two sides of the island. the kitchen comes with 2 dishwashers, two toasters, two coffee makers, two blenders and two sinks which made family meals ideal. there is an additional refrigerator and wine frig in the nearby dining area. The front porch has a huge variety of beach and pool items.....plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, life jackets, and beach toys. Also 3 coolers were available. The only thing I feel the house could use more of is beach towels. 10 were provided but we were a family of 13 so opted to bring a few extra. The yard has a bbq pool and hot tub and large grass areas for play. perfect

We were very happy that we stayed on the North shore and Turtle Bay area for our stay. Everything is calmer, less crowded, and more upscale when compared to other parts of the island. Overall it was a great place to stay, however, a couple things to note. (This is meant to be positive criticism). The rental didn't mention much about access to the ALL of the restaurants, bars, lounges, beach at the Turtle Bay resort (which has to be at least a 5 STAR hotel), with the exception of the pool swimming and beach chair equipment, this is a a huge plus to the rental location! On the other hand, it did not provide any food condiments such as salt & pepper, condiments, coffee, etc. So plan to buy everything you need to cook with. The rental did have a few things that could be improved upon, the bathroom sink splashes significantly, the bed frame is sized incorrectly, and it direly needs 2 new beach chairs and umbrella. We enjoyed our stay, but with a hint of TLC it would make it even greater!

If it is possible to have paradise within paradise, this is the place. A very welcoming unique experience from booking to departure. The garden is immaculate with delightful flowers and color. One of our favorites was the florescence color plants that reflected off of the pool in the sunlight. Pool area very relaxing and private. Thank you for sharing your home! It was a wonderful experience! We slept peacefully among the multitude of frog echoes. Highly recommended for a couple getaway.
