Vacation rentals with a beach view in Hawaiian Islands

Wow. What an incredible find. We loved Rachel's place with the views of the ocean and pohoehoe lava fields in the backyard. It felt magical and special to be there. The place, although not an entire house and more like a full-floor flat, was private, clean, quiet, and well-located along the famous Red Road. Highly recommended!

I want to live here. I wish I could snap my fingers, instantly sell all my possessions, and find myself with the keys and deed to this place. And I only rented out the top half! The only problem with this listing is that I found myself unable to leave because it was so cozy and peaceful. I have never relaxed like I did at this retreat before in my life. I felt like my circadian rhythm completely reset, as it felt easy and natural to go to sleep and wake up with the sun. The rainwater showers, indoor and outdoor, were rejuvenating and my hair and skin felt amazing after just a couple days. I didn’t watch a moment of TV and hardly touched my phone or tablet. Instead I napped on the hammock, walked around the neighborhood (often stopping at the black sand beach), and stargazed (amazing viewing conditions each night) on the rooftop deck on the loungers. I am sure no one is no longer reading this review, as it is too long. Just book this place! Mahalo to the amazing hosts as well!

Steve’s home was perfect! Very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet (only exception- the rooster next door gave us a wake-up call every morning, lol!). Amenities were wonderful- even had a hair dryer and a couple curling irons in the Master bdrm drawer, plus a couple robes to wear). Plenty of pool toys and beach goodies- towels, new beach chairs and two new beach umbrellas. Even a cooler. We brought a bunch of things we ended up not needing because of what was supplied. The home has been beautifully updated. He has everything you need in the kitchen, too. We’ve already recommended this home to several friends. We had our 4 month old granddaughter with us and there was a Pack N Play provided with the infant insert which was perfect. The Master BR downstairs is huge with a little kitchenette. Everyone in the family loved it. The view off the deck is stupendous. So much so that our (now) son-in-law decided that was the perfect spot to propose to our daughter. Unforgettable trip!

The mango farm is truly a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a peaceful escape from the world. Heather, our host, was exceptional—friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. She offered thoughtful local suggestions and provided clear, responsive communication throughout our stay, making everything effortless and enjoyable. The farm itself is absolutely stunning. It’s secluded and tranquil, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty that created the perfect environment to relax and reconnect with my family. We shared some truly magical moments here, moments that will stay with us for a long time. The accommodations were flawless—everything was thoughtfully maintained and top-notch, making it one of the most comfortable and well-equipped places we’ve ever stayed. The farm’s high location offered incredible views, and its proximity to excellent beaches and great restaurants just a few miles away was an added bonus. This is a lovely property. The (stunning) view from the deck is exactly as pictured, the kitchen is modern and functional, as are the 1 1/2 bathrooms. It is conveniently located, close enough to grocery shopping and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood off the main road. Other renters have emphasized how steep the property’s driveway is - it is definitely steep! - but manageable with an SUV/AWD vehicle. Chris was helpful and responsive at all times. We would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful unit close to the beach and restaurants. The space had lots of amenities and was full of the spirit of aloha which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would recommend🤙

This place is amazing. Right by the ocean, calm neighbourhood. The appartment itself has parking and is spacious with well equiped kitchen. However we been 6 people so had to use the sofa for bed and there was not much place after, bit tight but doable. Otherwise good.

All I can say is WOW! This place is amazing! If you are looking for a view this is the place. We visited different areas of the island but our favorite view was the balcony of this place!!! We were lucky enough to be there during a high surf week, the sounds that the waves make can be heard anywhere inside the rental. Nancy really put some serious thought into everything, the décor, the necessities, and extras that are there. Every time we had a thought "I wonder if she has" it was always a yes. Anything from a small day cooler to beach chairs. All the instructions and communications was clear and concise! Thank you Nancy for an amazing vacation!

Honestly I don’t think you could of stayed closer to the ocean. It is maybe 10 yards away. There was just enough waves that we listened to it all week. Couple minor issues came up, but Kelly was very responsive to them. Overall a great time, and miss it already.

The unit is exactly as pictured and described. Gorgeous view, saw whales and turtles while relaxing on the balcony. Comfortable stay for 2 adults and 2 children. Super clean bathrooms, kitchen, linens, etc. Had all the necessities to cook breakfasts during our stay. Was even able to run a load of laundry with the provided detergent. Easy walk to great coffee at Hawaiian Village Coffee and Maui Brewing. Easy drives to Kaanapali and Kapalua. Highly recommend and would stay again.
