We spend a lot of time in Hawaii and always stay at a resort. This time we opted to try a new vacation spot and we are glad we did! This was a beautiful place. The grounds are breathtaking and the hospitality was wonderful!! We highly recommend that you try your stay here.

We will always remember our star at Northshore. We planned it around our destination wedding. This was our first experience with an Airbnb, we’re hotel people. During our trip, we stayed at a hotel on the beach a few days before we left the island. I can honestly say - it didn’t measure up to Northshore at all, not even close. If we visit Maui again, Northshore will be the place for us every time!! There’s nothing like it. Shannan and Josh have thought of every little detail you can imagine to make your stay unforgettable. The property is gorgeous!! Book it! You won’t be disappointed.

This accommodation was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was amazing. We especially loved the incredible view down to the ocean- would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The stay is 8min away from National Volcano Park. If you are planning 2 day’s visit to Volcano park, you can consider this. There is list of restaurants , if want to order food at home. We went to Volcano house for dinner as it was just 8 min away. I would recommend this stay. John also suggested some nearby places to eat food. This is a remote place as it is near the entrance of National volcano park but it is peaceful.

I was able to check in at midnight for one night stay after volcano eruption viewing. Host gave clear instructions about late check in. Room was nice with comfortable beds. We didn't get enough time to enjoy the jacuzzi but had a nice morning walk in the area.

Absolutely a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Maui’s upcountry!! The breakfast & coffee served was the cherry on top!

We stayed at Volcano Village Estates on 3/23/2025, our stay was spectacular. We were maybe 6 minutes away from the National Park, and then 25 minutes for a major grocery store. This spot is perfect for us you want to go to the NP at night to watch the lava (if there is any). John was extremely welcoming and attentive to all of our questions and issues. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this for while staying here in volcano.

We loved being out of the city.. the huge expanse of parkland, the old neighborhood of interesting houses and the friendly atmosphere of the hotel were so good to come back to after the day's adventure.

A beautiful little place that feels like home! Very close to everything you need including the beach! Shasha was super attentive and friendly offering us advice and checking in throughout the trip! We will be back one day soon! Mahalo!!!

Wonderful stay at Dean's home in the Luana Waikiki. Very walkable to the beach. We loved the fact that Dean provided beach gear, including snorkels, which we made great use of. Beautiful views from the balcony. Clean unit. Dean was a gracious host. Great value.

Beautiful condo overlooking the park, Waikiki beach and the skyline of Honolulu. The condominium complex is located only a 5-10 minute walk to the shore of Waikiki with access to wonderful restaurants, shops & activities. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive. I highly recommend this hotel and Airbnb host.

The location was good, and it was easy to eat and shop The view is also amazing and on a Friday night I also saw the Hilton fireworks The kitchen is also clean and easy to use To put it bluntly, there's a lanai partition with the next door. It's designed to be pretty easy to see. You can see each other on the lanai

The location of the property was good and was in walkable distance to the beach. The room was clean and had all the supplies but we felt it was a bit smaller for 4 people. Tao was responsive to our requests and was flexible in checkout timings.

Nice place to stay, very close to the airport. Easy to find and easy check-in and out. Just stayed the night but was wonderful to sleep in a nice bed after a long flight that was nicely done up. One suggestion is to maybe get a area rug for the floor in the living room. Floor quite hard.

The place was beautiful and clean, it looked exactly like the pictures. It was nice to get away from the city and retire to a small town. Pretty much everything in town was closed for the two days we were there, but that was fine. The shared kitchen wasn’t a problem at all and it was nice to have yogurt and bagels in the morning before a day of hiking around. The location was a very quaint small strip of town, and it was quiet and peaceful at night. Cody sent clear instructions for checking in and check out, and we didn’t communicate much beyond that. Overall it was everything we needed and expected.
