Claudia’s place was exactly as described. A warm, relaxing and peaceful spot! The host was extremely welcoming and gave excellent recommendations. The breakfast at the onsite cafe was also a brilliant way to start your day.

My husband booked a night’s stay in the Challenger for me and two friends to relax and unwind and we did just that! The location and view is perfect for a relaxing break. The sparkling clean hot tub was fabulous and the little touches i.e. Coffee, tea and biscuits were very welcomed. Also, we had dinner at the Tap room restaurant on site and can highly recommend the food, it was reasonably priced, and the staff were really friendly. We will definitely be returning.

The Cabin was lovely. beautifully decorated and very warm. I don't think i have ever had a log fire heat a place so quick. You do really feel remote and it was very quiet. Was a really lovely stay.

Beautiful cabin with lots of space inside and outside. The hot tub was fantastic and private, overlooking a lovely view. Quiet, friendly location too!

Good location, the checkin and checkout was easy. The property was clean and felt cosy on arrival, especially considering it was wintery. Bigger size than usual lodges, and the hot tub was well maintained. Kitchen had most necessary utensils, and lots of options to get groceries from within a couple of miles drive.

The place was peaceful and much bigger than we expected. The jacuzzi was the cherry on the cake, and we loved every minute. Even though there was a slight issue with an unexpected security deposit once we checked with AirB&B the hosts didn’t try to ask for it in the end anyway and everyone was friendly and left us to our privacy. We loved our stay at Pancake Lodge, beautiful views, immaculate lodge, hot tub was a very good quality one, outdoor dining area was unique and creatively made, all amenities needed and clear communication throughout. Kari also was kind enough to add a birthday banner for us before arrival and helped plan for a later check in putting on some lights warmth etc. Very thoughtful extra touches were appreciated. Would highly recommend and will return.

We had a lovely stay. The place was clean and comfortable and very peaceful. Katie was a great host and came over to help us out on the first night when we couldn't figure out how to use the hottub. Would 100% recommend!

Had a lovely Christmas at Casa-Van. The lodge was warm & cosy and we felt very at home there. We were particularly impressed by the size of the lounge and kitchen/dining room. The enclosed secure garden was great for the dog. Very nearby is a fantastic indian restaurant and the great steam railway. Would recommend Casa-Van to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

One of the most perfect stays we’ve had. We were lucky to have winter sun for the whole weekend so Dungeness and the cabin were at their best. The cabin is gorgeous- very spacious, though cosy and homely. We will definitely come back! Thanks to Adam for his quick responses and for making everything so easy.

The perfect place to stay to unwind and get outdoors. Beautiful surroundings, super homely and quirky accommodation, and brilliant hosts. Can’t recommend enough. We will be back :)

Larissa’s quaint little cabin was a wonderful escape from the hustle & busy world we find ourselves in. She was responsive & left us some fresh eggs & also delicious homemade jam. We are a family of four & and whilst we were very comfortable the place is small. Our girls slept very well on the futon bed in the lounge. I imagine this place comes to life in summer when you can utilise the outdoor space; like the dining table. We found it quite crammed at mealtimes. The pool, even in November, was fantastic! Fresh & an absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you Larissa.

A great stopover for us as we were visiting family really close by. Sue’s place was warm, clean and perfect for the four of us and our dog. Despite the terrible weather we had a lovely stay and will definitely come back again. Thanks Sue.

This is a lovely place to spend time with an impression of unusual nature. Hank, the manager of the accommodation, is very responsive. Everything went well. I highly recommend it.

Jane was lovely and offered for me to stay a little longer in the cabin in the morning. The cabin was cosy and warm, the bed was so comfortable and the surrounding area was quiet and tranquil, will be returning soon :)

Amazing find in the centre of Tunbridge wells! Private off street parking extremely useful. Great space with everything we needed and comfy bed. Dog friendly with a bit of lawn out front and our dog enjoyed having a play with the resident dog as well! Tea and coffee essentials provided but about a 5 min walk to the high street for any essentials. Great location for going onwards to Ashdown forest.

Absolutely superb cabin. Spacious but still wonderfully cosy. We stayed over New Year so weren’t able to enjoy the outside space but the views from the cabin across the rolling fields were great when the mist & rain cleared away! Instead of enjoying the outside space we were able to make the most of the wood burning stove to keep us cosy in the storm. When we arrived in the dark, Marie & Dave had thoughtfully already lit the wood burner and some candles too. It made it look so welcoming for us - kind of magical actually. Never experienced such a warm welcome from hosts as we did from Marie & Dave. It was so lovely. The cabin is set away from the main house so you really feel it is private and your space for the duration of your stay. It has everything you need to make it feel like home but in a good way.

By far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. We've had the most wonderful autumn stay. This must be the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The cabin is beautiful, with everything we needed, including a very well-equipped kitchen. It was very comfortable, spotless and we felt right at home. The cabin overlooks a wild meadow; our two kids had the most amazing time exploring the grounds. To cap it all off, we saw a group of squirrels jumping in the oak trees while having breakfast. Thanks Sarah! We are definitely coming back!

Honestly the host was amazing I have booked a lot of places and stayed nearly everywhere but this host immediate reply’s no messing around which is great help will hopefully book again in the future once again thanks for everything.

We had a lovely couple of days at the cabin, which is comfy and a very short walk from fabulous Winchelsea beach. My 7 year old grandson and I really enjoyed being able to check out the beach early morning and last thing in the evening - sea swimming was great in the afternoons. Elsbeth is a very warm, kind and welcoming host and we really appreciated the breakfasts. We both would have been happy to extend our stay and strongly suspect we’ll be back. We wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful and that’s exactly what we got. It’s a lovely, comfortable space with great fixtures and fittings, cosy and warm and very clean. Karen was really kind and friendly, very responsive to messages and answered all our questions promptly. We really appreciated the welcome gift. The only difficulty was finding the location. The house name is quite small and the directions were a bit vague. That’s a very small thing in the context of everything else and we’d definitely go back if we were in the area again and we’d totally recommend it to our friends and family.
