I booked Melissa's lovely home for my mum and her husband as a gift for my mum's birthday. They felt very welcome and well looked after and said the breakfasts were huge and the beds large and comfortable. The house is well situated for Kent steam railway, Bodiam Castle and many other national trust places. Thank you Melissa for looking after my family.

The perfect place to stay especially if you are planning to do the Seaford-Eastbourne 13 mile walk. You literally can start outside the esplanade where the property is only a 2 minute walk from there. Clean, comfy and a lovely shower from the en-suite. Essentials was provided such as Tea, coffee, milk, yoghurt and porridge (they provide you breakfast option). Quiet, remote and Rebekar was a lovely host who was always happy to provide information and was very responsive. We would definitely stay again should the opportunity arise for coming back to East Sussex.

We had a fantastic stay in Rye! The bedroom and bathroom were lovely, beautifully furnished and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was delicious with lots of choice! Great location - short walk from the station and from the main town. Would absolutely return!

My partner and I stayed here on our hike of the North Downs Way. It was a little off the trail but easy enough to get to. Molly was a great host, the food at the pub was tasty and the room was very nice, with a good bed. Would absolutely recommend if you’re in the area and/or hiking the North Downs Way.
