Monthly Rentals in Hapuna Bay

This was the perfect place for us as a base while in Waikoloa. Just as described, really comfy bed and just steps from the pool. I would agree with the comments about the blind. The front of the studio is a huge glass window and the blinds don’t cover it so can feel a bit exposed, but it didn’t bother us too much. Really would recommend staying here.

Worth every cent - we felt very much at home. A true gem, greatly furnished and well kept equipment. View spectacular, ability to vent or AC is great (we did not need AC as there was sufficient breeze from the ocean), well stacked kitchen. Only caveat: Wifi is unreliable to the point it simply doesn‘t function. This is run by the resort, and not the owner‘s fault. And there was no fixing during the week we stayed even though we had reported it to front desk multiple times. But helps in getting off the grid and enjoy 🥹

Great stay here, right by the golf course and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Waikoloa Village or the Big Island in general!

Eryn's place was exactly as she described! It was the most beautiful, spacious, well appointed vacation home. Very clean, comfortable, with gorgeous views of the golf course and ocean. We slept like babies, as the bed was just the right level of soft yet firm. We love to cook and the kitchen is well set up and is one of the best stocked with oils and spices. There were cards, board games, boogie boards, and beach coolers - perfect for going to the beach. Our favorite restaurant, Pueo Osteria, is just 5 minutes away. The place is quiet and peaceful, and we loved seeing the native Hawaiian Nene Goose thriving right outside. Always a good note to not feed the Nene human food! We loved it and will definitely come again!
