Good place with privacy and an excellent host ; very friendly and great to help !

I spent 10 days in Alicia's quiet, cozy Airbnb. It's a great budget studio apartment, with two issues that stop it from being perfect. First the good: The unit is in great condition and has a well-equipped kitchen, with a blender, coffee maker, microwave, a fast induction cooker, and a drum of drinking water with a pump. It's a very private space, with lots of natural light, in an excellent location: in a quiet neighbourhood between downtown and a major shopping area. It's a pleasant 15 minute walk to multiple malls and big supermarkets. It's also a 5 minute walk to a big pharmacy (Guadalajara) and a mini-supermarket (Dunosusa), plus frequent buses going to the Centro. Alicia was very nice when she checked me in, and always very responsive to messages. The only downsides were: The wifi, a bit slow and with a weak and unreliable signal (needs a repeater), not suitable for voice calls; and the weak shower, which made it hard to really wash off. Otherwise, it was a very good stay.

Second time staying there and not disappointing. The place has a very good location and the place is in optimal condition for a comfortable stay. The host is always attentive, quick to respond and very kindly.
