This was the perfect place to stay for our first time in Florida. Clean cozy, lots of amenities and definitely worth the price! Centrally located so it wasn't too far away from food and shopping!!

This stay was truly paradise. The complex is to die for and the room was perfect I felt right at home, I’m ready to move to Florida after this trip! The pictures didn’t do the place justice which is very rare for air bnb in my opinion. The amenities were amazing and there’s so much to do in this one complex. I will be back I had a wonderful stay. Host was very helpful and responsive. Don’t miss out on the opportunity!

This place was amazing and not far from anything. Place was clean, private, very peaceful. The bed was to die for and like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely a gem to be had whether visiting Disney or diving the lower springs. Restaurants were very close by. Courtney was an amazing host and an amazing place

Such a great space to stay at. We frequent fly into Florida and this was a perfect size for our family of 5. Nice to have a full size kitchen w an outside porch to enjoy the breeze. Loved the amenities of the pool, mini golf, and slide. A little disorganized when signing in to use the facilities but a quick fix because it was a busier time. Get there early for seats around the pool. The lazy river was great and the food at the grill was ok. Did its job but feeling our hungry kids. Only thing I would say it the colder showers. We’d assume it was cause there was 5 us wanting to shower back to back. But us moms had the Coldest of them making sure our kids were good. Overall amazing. I would stay there again!

Loved our stay! Condo was well equipped. View of lake was incredible. Pool & hot tub were great. Watched Disney fireworks each night from the front of the condo and watched 2 rocket launches from Cape Canaveral from the balcony. I hope to have an opportunity to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house and neighborhood was quiet even with the main road being close. And it was really easy to get everywhere we needed to go from this location. Tons of restaurants very close by. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Check in and out was a breeze. Thanks Karina!

Our family had a great stay at The Pelican House. Donna was very responsive and friendly. The house matched its description. Very clean, comfy beds and close to all the parks. Thank you for the outstanding stay.

Place was clean and tidy. Walkable to splash pad/mini golf amenities. The kids loved game room and themed bedrooms. The only complaint we would have is when we turned the jets on to pool it smelled a little stagnant. Place is amazing otherwise!

The home was super clean upon arrival and the space was as advertised. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. I would stay here again.

We liked the house very much, it was a trip in a family otima, my granddaughter wanted to live there, they loved the squirrels, close to a supermarket, gas station, whenever we need Sama responded to us promptly. I appreciate your stay.

Perfect location for our Bass Tournament. Wilson was always available and responded quickly. Property was as described in listing, no surprises.

Had a great stay here, it was clean, spacious well priced and had a great pool that my kids enjoyed. I would stay again. Only downside is there is quite a bit of traffic in morning and evening. There is a Publix, Aldis and Walmart along with other places nearby if you need it.

Kurt and Elizabeth’s place was exactly how it stated it would be! And it was so close to Disney! Such an easy drive and the water slides/pool area was icing on the cake!

Our stay was very refreshing and just what we needed to escape the cold weather here in Michigan. Shane made everything very easy with clear instructions and everything that we needed. He made us feel right at home, He was always responsive in a quick manner when we had questions. Will definitely revisit his condo and will share recommendations.

I truly appreciate the host’s attention before and during our stay — it made everything so much easier, and she was wonderfully attentive. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary. The host, Ricardo, is incredible. We had a hiccup when we checked in at the property initially but Ricardo was able to save the day as well as the lovely ladies at the front desk. They were all really concerned with making sure my family and I were happy and comfortable.

We had a group of 7, 3 being children between the ages of 6 and 13, and the place was perfect! The kids bedroom was huge and had plenty of room for them to play and hang out. The place was very spacious, very clean. There were plenty of games in the home for us to play plus the arcade in the community which the kids enjoyed! The commute to Universal was close as well. We would definitely stay again.
