Great and affordable place to stay with Kids!

The place was very nice and roomy. We stayed in January during a rare cold front so it was very cold. the pool is heated though so we were still able to use it. The slides and kid area are not though so it was freezing. The hot tub was under maintenance a couple of the days. The kitchen had a lot of stuff to use which was great. Very limited on stuff like trash bags and toilet paper but we brought a few things with us so we didn't have to buy as much stuff. It was a really good value and check in with a vehicle was really easy. Free parking is a plus. one issue we had was the thermostat seemed to be on a set schedule or something as we couldn't set it to our comfort it just kept changing on us. Also, there are no curtains in the bedrooms so it would be very bright once the sun came up. All in all it was a great stay and I'd recommend if going to Disney. Was only about 12 minute to the parks when the traffic was low.

This stay was truly paradise. The complex is to die for and the room was perfect I felt right at home, I’m ready to move to Florida after this trip! The pictures didn’t do the place justice which is very rare for air bnb in my opinion. The amenities were amazing and there’s so much to do in this one complex. I will be back I had a wonderful stay. Host was very helpful and responsive. Don’t miss out on the opportunity!

An easy drive to Disney and Universal. The pool was a lovely temperature. The Air BnB was comfortable. Host was very responsive.

Beautiful place and great for family. 19 minutes to Magic Kingdom and 18 minutes to Hollywood Studios. Gated with a guard. The pool and water park were wonderful. Better than the pictures. There were a couple of things to know-no wash clothes or bath mats to step out of the bath. Kitchen was great but no dish soap or dishwasher soap, no napkins, which he is not obligated to supply. Just letting you know what to bring. We will return in February and stay again here.

The place is near a lot of things and the instructions for the check in are straightforward. We enjoyed our time in this place.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we could have needed. Although our stay was for sports we easily could have gotten to any of the local Orlando amenities like Disney or Universal. Definitely looking to rent here for our next trip down.

The location is excellent for visiting Disney, with most attractions just 15-20 minutes away. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were very convenient for our family. However, the home could use a bit of upkeep. The shower liners need replacing, and the bathrooms should be more thoroughly cleaned. We noticed hair on the floor, which raised concerns about the carpeting's cleanliness. Additionally, the walls could benefit from a touch-up, as they show scuffs and nicks, likely from previous renters. Addressing these minor issues would help keep the property in top shape.

Our family had a great stay at The Pelican House. Donna was very responsive and friendly. The house matched its description. Very clean, comfy beds and close to all the parks. Thank you for the outstanding stay.

Host is incredibly communicative and proactive!! We had a minor issue upon arriving at the home and Selena was extremely kind and quick in helping us resolve it! The home is cozy and neighborhood is peaceful. I recommend it!!

We loved the place and highly recommend staying there. Even though our stay started when the hurricane hit, Gabriel & Gabrielle made accommodations. Hope to go again one day.

Great apartment with plenty of space and everything we needed for our trip. Short distance to Disney and just 5 mins to Walmart. High chair and cot were perfect for our little one and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and even children’s plates and cutlery which was perfect for us! Very much enjoyed our stay!

Shane's place was just as described the perfect place to come back to after a busy day in the parks. It was close to everything, shopping and restaurants, 15 min drive to the Disney parks. Shane was a great host, sweet, responsive and willing to work with my crazy flight schedule, it was like old school Airbnb.

The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need for a good stay with the family and is located in a quiet area with easy access to everything. It is close to Disney parks and close to all kinds of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Gary is very diligent, offers clear instructions, and was on the lookout for us to have no issues on arrival.

Anas place was amazing the check in process with security was effortless. Ana always communicated in advance before our trip she accommodated me due to a cancelled flight and provided information on other things happening in Florida. She is a wonderful host and her home is clean. My son really enjoyed his 6th birthday

I really liked the place and would stay again. It was comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. I have nothing to complain.

We lived this cute little apartment. Clean close to most activities, a short 15-20 minute drive to the parks and the dance competition. One and only one issue. The gate entrance was difficult. Understandable for security reasons but time consuming and difficult. Other parents/friends stayed in the same apartment complex. Their owner provided a gate pass. Hopefully their future guests will receive one too.

We had a group of 7, 3 being children between the ages of 6 and 13, and the place was perfect! The kids bedroom was huge and had plenty of room for them to play and hang out. The place was very spacious, very clean. There were plenty of games in the home for us to play plus the arcade in the community which the kids enjoyed! The commute to Universal was close as well. We would definitely stay again.
