Townhome vacation rentals in Haines City

Our stay was amazing. The house is perfect, full and super cozy kitchen. Safe location. Just like in Orlando and area it is important to be by car. Super indico! Thank you Marcia!!!

Stayed here with my husband, 2 older teen step kids, and my brother while doing a few days with family at Disney. It was an easy drive to the parks, and there are grocery stores and other amenities close by. We opted to cook breakfasts and dinners and found everything we needed to do so. The unit is spacious and allowed everyone to gather together for meals or spread out after a long day. My husband and I loved the large master suite. The hosts were very communicative and even offered us a late check out on Christmas Day. We didn't need it, because....Epcot, but that was kind of them. The pool and hot tub area looked amazing, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy them. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks again, Tara.

The organization was very prompt and followed through on a problem we had with booking and didn't give up until I was satisfied. I was impressed. The apt was as expected, very clean and entry was very well explained and easy. The beds were comfortable. We come to visit our son so we will be back.

Clean rooms, equipped kitchen, excellent air, clean bathrooms. Sheet of towels. Marcia is very grateful for the highly recommended stay. We will be back and we will be more..!!

Host is great. The neighborhood was calm, cozy, and full of activities for family. They have happy hour and karaoke on Fridays. The place was clean and cozy as well. My only complaint is the access to the front door always having to unlock the key box to get the key and put it away. A lot of restaurants nearby and the theme parks as well. I would stay here again.

Although I missed my reservation, Ashley was always very responsive and friendly. I would definitely book with her again based solely on communication and how informative she was. Thank you

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was a gated community so we felt very safe. We enjoyed walking around the resort in the evening looking at Christmas lights 🎄. The private pool was wonderful. We were there the end of December so we paid the extra fee to have it heated. It was so worth it! The house was clean and free of clutter. It had all the dishes and pots/pans we needed as we enjoy cooking. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked perfectly for our family. The house was close to the Disney parks, grocery stores and restaurants. My son used the gym at the resort. We also enjoyed the resort pool and hot tub. It was a quiet and peaceful location. We highly recommend the home and would stay again.

Leslie’s house is exactly what you see in photos. The house is beautiful and spacious. Leslie responds quickly to any message we sent. I can’t wait to return!

Vincent's place looked exactly like the listing and was extremely clean. It had all of the items we needed and more. As a family, this was the first time we spent Christmas away from home. We arrived to a Christmas gift for our family, which was very thoughtful. Vincent's responses were always prompt and courteous. We would definitely stay again.

The place look as advertised. We didn't have time to enjoy the amenities as we were out almost the whole day, every day. However, the townhouse attended fully our needs and had enough space for our family of 9. The communication with Luis was great and the instructions for check-in and out were easy to follow and fast to execute. It can take a bit to arrive at the parks and come back home depending on the time and traffic. Everything was great and I highly recommend this place.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We loved this place, great amenities, clean, we'll equipped and best of all the location! Would stay there again. Totally recommend. There was 7 of us, including a baby and we had EVERYTHING we needed.

House was warm and inviting. It's a great location and family friendly. The host was readily available when something was needed. My family and I enjoyed.

We enjoyed staying at this home. The immediate neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. The neighborhood pool was right out back (very walkable, even with little kids), and was heated. The home was in a great location- a quick, convenient drive (under 10 minutes) to many restaurants, both fast food and dine in, as well as several market options. It was about 20-30 minute drive to Disney and a tad longer to Universal. We also drove to Tampa one day to enjoy some attractions, and that took just over an hour and was an easy commute. The host was very quick to respond to any question I had, and a very thorough communicator. The home was equipped with many infant and toddler-friendly extras such as a bassinet and playpen with mattress and bedding, high chair, stroller, a few pool toys. I would stay there again.

Felt right at home! Dory welcomed our dogs which was a big deal to us because they are our family! Very clean, fun splash pool. Wonderful stay. Would 100% recommend. Dory is very kind. The only thing difficult was how far we had to drive into the neighborhood. If you’re new and need maps, start your maps inside with WiFi, because we only had 1 bar of SOS (we have AT&T) There are lots of amenities nearby like Walmart, Starbucks, etc. If you go walking (if you’re from Florida this probably doesn’t worry you) but we came across 3 cotton mouth snakes and stopped walking our dogs far distances because we were worried.

Everything was great, we had no issues at all.

The house was easy to find and the location was convenient to everything. I liked that the community was gated and provided that extra sense of security. The house was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was in great condition and worked flawlessly. Only critique was the carpet wasn't very clean looking, it had stains mainly in the living room. He has one of the easiest checkout procedures I've experienced.

The unit was as described in the listing and clean and organized. Check in was very easy and straightforward. The property managers are very responsive, typically responding within 10-20 minutes, and were good about addressing any questions or issues. I was overall pleased with the stay. The only downside was there was some temporary construction going on in the neighborhood while we were there which resulted in some excess noise on certain days, but this issue was out of the homeowner’s control and hopefully will conclude in the near future.

This home was great for my family getaway. We had 3 couples and we all had plenty of room to spread out. House was clean and neighborhood safe. Clubhouse was really cute too with live music when we were there! Be sure to bring toiletries and basic kitchen items (seasonings, extra paper towels) and to keep your wristband with you any time you plan to leave the community and come back.
