This delightful fun waterfront property has been completely renovated! It has a main house with a queen bed in the master and 2 day beds with trundles. There is a bunkhouse with 4 twin beds and a unique boathouse bedroom on the deck with a queen bed. ( total 12)
Right on the water, this property is ideal for families and larger groups. Everything you need is here, a fully equipped kitchen, + a gas grill.. Lots of outdoor seating areas +A HUGE screened in porch. 6 kayaks , + bikes Come Enjoy !

Bring your boat and dock it at our dock, or rent a boat from the local marina. Swim in the fresh spring water, fish, scallop, kayak.

The space
A large screened porch with a table that seats 12 or more, is perfect for large mealtime gatherings or watching the rain. This unique property sleeps 12 guests. There is a queen bed and two trundle in the main house, 4 twin beds in the bunkhouse. The boathouse has a queen bed. ALL SLEEPING AREAS ARE AIRCONDITIONED.

Equipped with a washer and dryer, microwave and oven, cooktop, wifi, televisions, gas grill, six single kayaks, one double kayak, a canoe and a paddle board, life jackets, outdoor shower, board games, cards, etc., etc . Our home will sleep 12 people comfortably. Cleaning fee $175

Also, Florida is notorious for its prolific insect life, like ants, roaches, lizards and other bugs. For that reason, our home is regularly treated inside and out.

Other things to note
Strict Noise Ordinance - No loud noise or music after 11pm. If neighbors complain, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave w/no refund

We hope that you find our home and clean and welcoming. If we do not hear from you within the first four hours of your arrival, we will assume that everything has met your satisfaction.
