Warbler Seaside is a completely renovated one bedroom, one bathroom villa with a lux feel. Sister property to Warbler Hillside and part of The Warbler Collection. Nestled on the seaside, we are located in the Hideaways Resort Community. Our villa's deck space provides stunning sea views. As a guest you have full access to all resort amenities at Hideaways. We are steps to Palm Bay Beach and a ten minute walk to Jolly Hall Beach. Located central island and walking distance to restaurants.

The space
We are a completely renovated (not just updated) first floor villa, part of the Hideaways Resort Community. Warbler Seaside provides beautiful sea views to enjoy. The bedroom has a King size bed with luxury linens and furniture, Pottery Barn furniture in the main living area with a 32" Smart TV, a full kitchen that is stocked with all the conveniences of home, one full bathroom with walk in shower. We provide our guests with all the beach things - including chairs, umbrella, towels and coolers. Guests enjoy complete access to the resort amenities including a swimming pool, small gym, kayaks, paddle boards, game room and recreation center, free parking, concierge services of the front desk and complimentary shuttle to/from Georgetown. Warbler Seaside is a quick stroll to Palm Bay Beach (we are seaside NOT beach front) and just a ten minute walk to the beautiful Jolly Hall Beach. In addition Splash is an on-site Restaurant. Also located a stone throw away from Augusta Bay, another dining option and Frankie Bananas Bar. A quick ten minute walk to the Fish fry and did I mention we are central island??? Making it easy to get just about anywhere.

Getting Here: Great Exuma International Airport (Airport Code : GGT)is easily accessible on direct flights from Nassau, Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte, Fort Lauderdale, and Toronto, Canada.

Warbler Seaside is about a fourteen-minute drive from the airport (7 miles).
