The cottage is located just behind the US Embassy on a private street with around the clock security, so I felt very safe. The cottage itself was very comfortable and relaxing. It's only about a 8 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants on the beach. The Fish Fry area is a little over a mile away, but you can take the bus for 1.50. The two restaurants we tried there, Goldie's and Oh' Andros weren't very good. I was very disappointed with my overall experience with the restaurants in the area. My savior was the McDonald's just down the street from the cottage. This was my first time in the Bahamas and more than likely my last. The beach was beautiful, but I'm from South Florida...

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful house and our host was absolutely lovely. So friendly and responsive. The house was exactly what we needed for this vacation and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We will definitely be back to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lavelle’s place. Peaceful, privat and a beautiful little place to stay and enjoy one’s vacation. A lot of space available to spent time outside on the patio or the sun terrace close to the nature. Lavelle is a very great host. Very proactive with lots of local recommendations and always responsive! We will definitely like to come back another time.

We had an amazing time staying at Kyrene's place on Paradise Island! Kyrene was very proactive in communicating everything we needed to know from the easiest transportation from the airport, check-in/out procedures, great places to eat, and fun tours and attractions! 10/10, would recommend anyone to book and stay at Kyrene's! We will back back :)

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway in Nassau, Jasmine's Place is the perfect spot. The property is just a quick ride from the international airport, so you can drop your bags and be enjoying the private beach within just 3 minutes – a great convenience after a long journey. As someone who travels for business weekly, I’ve stayed at countless places, but Jasmine’s Place stands out. The hospitality from both Jasmine and Dane is exceptional. They are warm, attentive, and make sure every guest feels at home. Their personal touch truly sets this place apart, and it’s why I’ve already booked my second stay. Whether you're seeking a quiet retreat or a base to explore Nassau, Jasmine's Place offers both tranquility and easy access to everything the island has to offer. Highly recommended!

The stay was short and sweet. the house was beautiful with an amazing view and the host was very helpful and responds quick to any questions/ needs.

I was back in Nassau, this time on business, and had to be walking distance away from the event venue. The house was further away than described. Despite this, it was a wonderful stay and so I’m giving it a 5/5. The bus into town is 5 minutes walk away and there’s a beach in close proximity. Any time I had an issue or query, the responsiveness was great. In fact it’s the best I’ve ever experienced on air b n b. Sonja’s mum even gave me rides to places when she was around. They were very helpful. I’d come back and stay with my family but this time I’ll likely be in their villa next door as it has a pool (didn’t need a pool this time round). They also have other villas which I’ll consider. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to come back with family
