This was a really great place to stay! Noemi was really friendly and welcoming and generous and helpful. I loved the roof terraces and having the ability to cook for myself was great too. She was really kind and gave me fresh fruit and fresh juice from her garden! Great place, would come back if in Santiago again

Historic pink house @ heart of santiago the cuba

CorinnaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We enjoyed our stay in Santiago a lot! The House was located right in the center, the room was spacious and we felt right at home. The host was a great help with organizing our further trip, he had many recommendations and was always looking out for us!
A coastal landscape is presented, featuring a vast expanse of turquoise water meeting a shoreline of sandy beaches. Lush greenery in the foreground frames the view, with mountains visible in the distance under a partly cloudy sky.

We booked Yanets place in Santiago for a week and we were really happy about it! Great location, great host and nice spacious house. We enjoyed our breakfast (pancakes, fresh fruit, eggs and great coffee!) in the morning sun on the patio before we went to salsaclass. Yanet gave us recommendations for the best paladares and dance lacations. La Claqueta is definitely a winner ;) thanks for the great stay!

Abel Hostel Sunset 1

Kate has a lot of experience in hosting international travelers, very didactic and helpful in her recommendations. Due to power outages, we are unable to guarantee the preparation of breakfasts and dinners. Kate is a great person in helping all travelers who visit Santiago de Cuba.
An open-air space is depicted, featuring a bar area and a sink. White wicker chairs are arranged nearby, with yellow-framed windows allowing natural light. A scenic view of the city is visible beyond a protective railing, enhancing the connection with the surrounding environment.

Casa de Hazel 3 - Beautiful & New, Downtown

OanaRating, 5 stars13 months ago
The place was very quiet, pleasant and clean, with practical and fairly new furniture, good bed with clean linens, pleasant smell in the room as well as being clutter free, with a large spotless bathroom. The hosts provided us with a rechargeable lamp to use during the power blackouts. Overall, one of the cleanest and quietest accommodations we had in Cuba.

Entire house "Raul and Kathy"

RodneyRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Raul’s place was outstanding. Upon checking-in, I was greeted by three workers who made sure that I had everything that I needed during my stay. They were both friendly and helpful. Throughout the day, workers were available to respond to any requests I had. I ordered the daily breakfast and the food was delicious and prepared on time. The staff was also able to give me good recommendations on navigating the city. Most importantly, during the time the city was experiencing rolling city-wide electricity blackouts, the house’s generator provided enough electricity throughout the blackout periods. I felt very much at home during my steak and look forward to returning soon.

The room was fresh, and everything was very clean. It offers bottled water at 1 euro, which was very good for us to continue on our way.
The entrance area features a covered porch adorned with green plants and hanging ferns. A set of outdoor stairs leads to the upper level, framed by a secure metal gate. Natural greenery surrounds the space, contributing to a peaceful ambiance.
