Vacation rentals with beach access in Exuma

Jackie and Jean-Louis were incredible hosts. They greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. They had pool floats, snorkels and kayaks to borrow during our stay. The amenities were endless, full kitchen, washer/dryer, toiletries, beach towels, more than we could have asked for. The private beach front boasts an abundance of sea life. The house is close many beaches for a day of exploration. One of a kind private experience, beautiful views, perfect for our family of three. I would highly recommend renting out the Bonefish Bella Vista when visiting Exuma!!

we spend a wonderful vacation time at Deval's place. Great location, close to Georgetown, even if you may need a car at a certain point Deval has always been quickly responsive and even proactive for the check in, perfect when you arrive Ina new place. I highly recommend

Thank you for everything! I had a great time at Marvinette and Shavonnette's place. The accommodation is conveniently located near the center, and the sea view terrace is amazing. Marvinette also helped me when my car broke down. They are very responsive and attentive.

cephas's place was really great. Great location, a short drive from the airport (plan a taxi or car rental). The accommodation is very well equipped: oven, microwave, stove, washing machine, TV, wifi, etc. Cephas is very kind, he was even able to advise us on car rentals and made a good contact with us. We had a great time in the Bahamas.

Great little spot. Short trip to town and centrally located on the island to give you good access to either end if you have a rental car.

My stay at Ida's place was absolutely wonderful! The location was fantastic, close to all the local attractions and amenities. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Ida was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful with any questions I had. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing thoughtful touches like local tips and recommendations. In addition, the tour hosted by her son, Terren, was marvelous. Very informative & fun! I highly recommend staying at Ida's place if you're looking for a delightful and hassle-free experience. I will definitely be returning! God bless.

Meredith’s apartment was fantastic! It was very well-equipped and incredibly comfortable, providing everything we needed for a perfect stay. Meredith went above and beyond to accommodate us, facilitating an earlier check-in and a later check-out, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Janerese is an amazing host. Her place got everything that you need to relax after an exciting day exploring the islands. It is just a few minutes walk from idyllic turtle Beach and supermarkets. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would def. come back.

Evan was a terririfc host and the house was even better than the pictures showed. A lovely outdoor furniture set, a brand new BBQ with full propane, and just very comfortable and lovely. All together a perfect host and perfect stay. We will absolutely stay here again and cannot recommend it enough.

It’s a beautiful house and location right on the beach with a small beach cafe within walking distance.

We had a great time at Sunset Cove! Our kids loved the kayaks. We had a great time exploring the island, including a half day fishing trip, full day excursion to swim with the pigs and kayak around Moriah Harbor Cay. Having a kitchen was so helpful for meals. Judy and her team did a great job helping us with car rental, grocery stocking and booking our fishing trip. Our entire family had a wonderful week and we can’t wait to go back and explore again! We loved being more remote on Little Exuma. That did mean knowing that restaurants were a little further away, which again, made having a full kitchen so helpful. Renting our own car was definitely key to being able to enjoy exploring the island. We also enjoyed beach hopping and all agreed that Tropic of Cancer beach was our favorite. And so close to the house! We felt like we did so much but there is still more we would like to go back and see and explore!

We had a great time here. The restaurants are all close enough to drive within a few minutes but you are in a quiet area to sit on the deck at night or in the sand while the tide comes back in. It was beautiful

The "Wow" factor never wore off the entire time our family of 5 was there. Eric provides so much info, equipment, and ammenities to Poco A Poco that you can easliy stay at the house with plenty of fun, sun bathing, snorkling, kayaking or just enjoying a coffee on the beautiful deck! My wife and I truly enjoyed the upstair master bedroom with our son (16) in his own room and our daughters (14 & 12) shared the bunk room. Everyone felt at home and wish we could have stayed longer. I will miss those blue waters, low tides, marine life, and amazing star lit milky way sky at night...A great paradise getaway with extremely friendly local islanders that I hope we get to use again in our future vacations!!!

The location is AMAZING. Might want to rent a truck or jeep because the road to the home is dirt and not in great shape but don't let it scare you. Very cute home with nice kitchen and stunning views. Paddle board are a fun extra. Paddle to sand bar or nearby island. We snorkeled right out back and there were a surprising amount of fish etc. Short drive to secluded unique pristine beaches. Good times.

Great stay at The Island Gypsy. Comfortable space with extras like a cooler, beach towels, and more which were appreciated. Plenty of cooking items to make our own meals. Would definitely recommend this villa!

We enjoyed our stay !! Tamara and Dallas were great they even met us with a kayak that they rented to us so we could do some exploring The only recommendation I have is to absolutely rent a car before arriving to Exuma. This island has so much to offer and taxi’s become expensive Other than that we loved the whole stay

Excellent location, pictures taken are a disservice to the actual beauty. Spacious and comfortable, would 100% stay again during our next visit.

Great location with easy access to a restaurant/bar, pool, and beach. Serves as a cozy landing pad when taking a break between beach days. Private studio amongst a community of apartments. Access to convenient parking lot. We really enjoyed ourselves!

After a dreadful check in at another Airbnb, CC and Lydia helped us check in to their home as soon as they had it ready for us. 4 hours earlier than check in… although, they knew this was a special situation. We were vacationing from Tennessee and the place we had previously booked, in Exuma was a nightmare to say the least. Within moments of getting a hold of the hosts, they got us into their place in 2 1/2 hours, super comfy and clean, all the comfort of home, and air conditioning that worked with a pool that completed the stay! Also, everything you can expect from an Airbnb was there at our fingertips. These are the type of hosts I like to encounter when traveling with Airbnb. We travel with Airbnb quite often so we were happy to have the exceptional service! Thanks again guys. Hopefully, we will be back soon.
