We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Charline's house in Exuma! The property is exactly as described—spacious, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the island. The private beach was a true highlight, offering a serene and picturesque spot for our family to relax and enjoy the crystal-clear waters. We also made great use of the BBQ, which made for some fantastic meals while taking in the beautiful views from the terrace. Charline was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations for local activities and ensuring that we had everything we needed. The house felt like a home away from home, and our kids especially loved it. We also appreciated the opportunity to rent the boat, which added an unforgettable experience to our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Exuma. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and memorable island getaway!

Love staying at Coconut Villa in Rolleville, Exuma. Quiet. clean. close to the beach and Carmen is amazing to keep in touch and helped us with a last minute booking. The place was everything we needed and the bed and pillows are so comfy!! Kitchen. Laundry. Refrigerator. Air conditioning . Bottled water. Must try cabannas cheese burgers and smash close by. I walked on the beach everyday!!! I’m going back for sure. Great for the 2 of us !!

We stayed here for 16 nights in late March. We loved this place! The view is spectacular, the location is extremely convenient, it was perfectly clean, the AC works well and the host goes above and beyond to help you. My adult daughter was traveling separately from us and was taken by ambulance to a hospital in Nassau. Naturally we were stressed since we were already in George Town. The host actually went to the hospital to check on my daughter (who is fine). I was really surprised that she would be so kind to us! My tips for other guests: rent a car and pack grocery staples. Things are expensive in the Bahamas. Be aware some days can get very windy in winter, although we did swim and snorkel right at the house. The location is private. The house is beautiful and truly a rare gem.

We had an amazing stay at Boujee Beach Villa! Loved everything Hideaways had to offer-beach, pool, SUP/kayaks, short walk to secluded Jolly Beach, and short walk to Shirley’s restaurant. We bought most groceries at Smitty’s and cooked breakfast and dinner-we were exploring during the day and had lunch out. Had some issues with April’s van and she was beyond helpful and understanding. I understand that issues occur with owning a home/car…really appreciated how she handled everything! The people in Bahamas are so warm and friendly too. We hope to return to Exuma and we’d definitely stay at Boujee Beach Villa again!

Lovely beach cottage with direct ocean access. Well appointed with beach towels, outdoor furniture and kitchen ware. A great place to relax and enjoy the lovely view. Very private and away from the crowds. Need a rental car and the road to the cottage is in great condition (apart from a one short section). For a good selection of groceries, it is best to stop in George Town.

Everything was great, Rosemary provides everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and bed linens, beach gear, etc. The only thing you may need to bring is detergent pods if you plan to do laundry. The house is in a very quiet location and most days we had the entire beach to ourselves. Luther is fantastic and helped us when we were in a bind . A couple of things to know that might be helpful to k or ahead of time: 1) there is plenty of filtered water, so no need to buy any 2) grocery stores close early, so plan accordingly. It didn’t occur to us that it would be an issue if your flight lands at 5 pm. 3) Book the half day pig tour with Exuma Sports-well with the money!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kestrel Cottage. The house, location, views, beach…everything was perfect for the two of us! Thank you for letting us check out a little later and also being willing to let us add an extra night at the last minute in case our delayed flight got cancelled. We can’t wait for our next trip back to Exuma!
