Other things to note
The home is located in a more suburban location just 3 mins away from stores and restaurants. Neighborhood may be noisy at times and the location has lots of bike riders, dog walkers, etc.

The home has a full ADT system and coded locks on all exterior doors.

Please keep in mind!
We do have monthly pest control using pet, people, and plant-safe products. However, in Florida’s warm, humid climate, ants and other local insects (like geckos, palmettos, moths, and mosquitoes) may occasionally appear. Keeping doors closed helps. We do not offer refunds for these common occurrences.

Just a quick note: There is currently construction taking place on the property next door. Work typically begins around 7:00 AM, and while it doesn’t affect access to our home, guests may hear construction noise during the day. We appreciate your understanding and want to ensure you’re aware in advance so you can plan accordingly.
