Guests love this home’s scenic location.

Set in the beautiful countryside with fantastic views.We are a family run business and the lodge is on the edge of our working farm, there is always someone around if needed.
Do expect to see farm animals around🐂🐎🐑🐓especially our friendly farm dogs🐶
we are situated next to the dalesway walk route and 5 minutes from Lambrigg fell.Relax and take in the stunning views surrounded by nature sat in your own private hot tub.

The space
Modern with a country twist.
3 separate bedrooms with double beds.
1 bathroom .
(6 guests maximum)
Open plan living area and kitchen.
Decking straight off the living/dining area with hot tub and mountain valley views.
The lodge is on the edge of a working farm so do expect to see farm animals around.
The lodge has a fenced off garden for your fury friends🐶 3 dogs maximum (No large breeds)
We supply 1 towel per person.
Bathrobe,slippers and Prosecco on arrival🍾🥂
2 complimentary big bottles of water on arrival. (More can be provided)
We are on natural water supply so you cannot drink straight from the tap,however the water is filtered through a UV filtered treatment plant so You are fine to boil it for tea/coffee ect.
There is Wifi in the lodge and there is a smart tv with Netflix and Amazon prime ect

Guest access
The lodge and fence perimeter.
You can see farm animals from the lodge and in the fields directly next to the lodge but
Please do not go wondering around the farm to see the animals on your own without permission or any two acre staff.

Other things to note
The lodge is on its own on the edge of the farm.
We are on natural water supply. Water is non drinkable straight from the tap but can be boiled for tea and coffee. We supply 2 big bottles of water complimentary on arrival.
The hot tub is emptied and cleaned out and refilled with fresh water for every new guests.
Our water does have a lot of natural peat in it so can be slightly discoloured on the first day.
Maximum 3 dogs allowed small-medium size only. No large breeds. Please do NOT let dogs on the sofa or beds.
