The space
Location convenience, Gordon Square, downtown from I 90 is only 7 minutes away without traffic and about 14 minutes with traffic. Edgewater Park is less than 2 miles away as well. Lakewood also a 7 minute drive or Uber ride.

Guest access
Laundry/sun room, both bathrooms: 1 on the second floor and 1 on the first floor. Dining room (sits 8 comfortably), living room, and front porch (it is okay to smoke on the front porch if you feel the need)
Parking can be done in the driveway. Please avoid at all costs blocking any other cars.

During your stay
Always available by phone or text. Usually I’m at the property early in the morning and early evenings.

We observe Covid-19 protocols. No unregistered guests, events, or gatherings of any type.

Feel free to book the same day or even the same night of arrival... The check-in process is seamless. There’s a keypad on the door so once you book you will have access to the door code.
Work travelers and road warriors: this place is made with you in mind. We worked really hard to make sure you have all the conveniences of a hotel but with a home feeling. Every bedroom is equipped with cable and smart tv. There is a desk where work can be accomplished and three full bathrooms, two of which are shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or just heat up a microwave dinner. Food delivery is super convenient as well. Uber Eats delivers here from the best restaurants and diners in town.

It is less than a mile from the famous Gordon square. Less than 9 dollars uber/lyft ride from downtown Cleveland. All bus routes, and RTA are within a block or two. There is a firehouse 2.5 blocks out so sirens can be heard every once in a while.
