Private suite vacation rentals in Cuyahoga County

My wife and I had a delightful three night stay at Maria's place in late September. The neighborhood, proximity to Lake Erie, and the marvelous Host Sue add depth and dimension that are beyond reproach in my view. Some who may have watched a few too many remodeling tv shows could make the case that the interior suffers from a case of old and unmatched, others of course will find this same decor practical if not charming, and I found myself solidly in that camp. The beds are new, modern, fresh and comfortable, and if you are into character, the cozy three seasons room alone is worth the price of admission. Overall presentation and cleanliness were simply not an issue. Conversations from the loft apartment above can be vaguely audible in a muffled sort of way, but shouldn't be cause for undue concern if guests speak in hushed tones during quiet hours. Bottom line, we look forward to staying at Maria's Place again, oodles of good vibes and... location location location.

One could not ask for a nicer experience staying at the Strawbale House. The location is wonderful with great restaurants within easy walking distance. Even though on a somewhat main thoroughfare the location is quite secluded and very quite. Warm and cozy. Janet and Gus are wonderful hosts and I look forward to staying with them again on my next work trip to Cleveland. Definitely a great place!

Sue was absolutely wonderful and the Crow’s Nest was so cute and perfect!! Highly recommend this stay! So much character to the space, and the bathroom was so big and spacious. Thank you for the experience Sue, we will definitely be back!

Lovely host. Cute place as described. Complimentary breakfast was an appreciated touch. Easy street parking around the corner. Cute shops within walking distance. I highly recommend a burger from the tavern.

Barrie was an excellent host and I was happy to stay with her during my 12 week clinical rotation. The space was beautiful, quiet, and cozy! Barrie was always very friendly and easy to reach! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my time in Cleveland!

I really enjoyed my stay, and I look forward to booking again. Upon arrival, I was provided with great communication and easy check in instructions. As I entered I noticed how clean and organized everything was. The neighborhood and home made me feel safe, especially with certain features such as ring camera, and smart locks, with my own personal code. The bed was super soft and I can tell that immense attention was paid to details. I loved the fish tank and it really made for a great experience. Fine china for the plates and cups was a unique touch. There is a Keurig coffee machine with a variety of options. There was even breakfast available. I also noticed how friendly the neighbors are which added an element of security. It’s reassuring to now have a place in Cleveland that I can trust will be a great place to sleep during my travels to Ohio since I do travel a lot. Thank you for everything!

I made a last minute trip to Cleveland and booked Jessica's property. I needed a place to lay my head down and her guest suite was a great price option compared to the $600-700 per night options at a downtown hotel. Her property is located in the Fairfax district in East Cleveland which is about 15 minutes from the downtown area. Her place was cozy and had ample space. I slept well and relaxed in the comfortable bed which was important between the events on my hectic schedule. The suite was equipped with a few heaters which kept me warm on the cold and rainy days I was staying in town. I didn't have any time to go searching for food so being able to keep leftovers in the large refrigerator and then reheating them in the microwave was very convenient. There were a few times that I had to attend to work items so the use of her wifi network was also helpful. Jessica was also very prompt in her responses when I requested information. If you are looking for an economical place to stay and have basic amenity requirements, this property is a good option to consider.

What a wonderfully comfortable place to stay. Queen size bed was very comfortable. There was also a sitting room, a kitchen (she included snacks and fruit), and bar to eat at, and a very nice bathroom. The environment was quiet. Very close to restaurants and other conveniences. Joy was friendly and helpful.

Space was nicely remodeled and ultra clean. Very much impressed by the well-stocked coffee bar and bathroom with a great assortment of must-have-but-forgot-to-pack items. Hosts went above and beyond to ensure a most comfortable stay. The extremely large walk-in shower and oversized vanity were amazing. Reading chair and bed were quite comfortable. Appreciated the reasonable cleaning fee and the fact the hosts didn't require guests do anything prior to check out. Thank you!

This was my first time in Cleveland, I was a bit thrown off by the appearance of the neighborhood (I had a late check-in). However, it was completely safe, and thanks to the security lights I did not have a hard time getting in. This was also my very first shared space and I already know that I won’t be doing it again. I felt like a bull in a china shop, I hope I didn’t wake anyone up going up the stairs. The stairs are very loud but the house is quiet, it’s a nice home with a lot of character. The bed was my favorite part, I slept like an Angel! The house was cold so I thought I was going to be cold all night but the bed kept me warm (even hot at one point). I would book this room again for the bed alone! Overall, I enjoyed my stay, everything looked so beautiful and peaceful in the morning. I watched a few squirrels playing on the trees (I think they were playing tag, lol) before I checked out, it was lovely. Thank you for having me!

I had an incredible stay at Lin's place. The room fit my needs perfectly and had everything needed for a long stay. The location is amazing, it was quiet but close to restaurants and downtown for activities on the weekend. Lin was an amazing host. She was very responsive and answered any questions or concerns I had to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

I had a fantastic stay at Mimi's historic house! The Shaker Height neightborhood is beautiful and has interesting history. Mimi was incredibly knowledgeable about local history, sharing fantastic stories that enriched our visit. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
