Edgewater Residence is a professionally managed shared home with three floors above the basement. The Uno Room is the only guest room on the first floor. The home includes two shared full bathrooms (one on the first floor, one on the second floor) and also features two additional guest suites with private bathrooms. Guest access
Guests have access to their private first-floor room and shared common areas, including the kitchen and dining room. A laundryoom is also located on the first floor for added convenience during longer stays.

Always available by phone or text. Usually I’m at the property early in the morning and early evenings.

This includes providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, and signing our lease agreement. Check-in instructions are released only after successful completion. For work travelers and road warriors: this home was designed with you in mind. We’ve combined hotel-level convenience with a comfortable, residential feel. Every bedroom is equipped with cable and smart TV, a dedicated desk for getting work done, and access to fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The home features four full bathrooms (two shared). The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook a full meal or heat something quick, and food delivery is seamless—Uber Eats delivers from many of the best local spots.

For safety and property protection, three exterior cameras are installed and always recording:
• One at the back of the house, facing the backyard and driveway (motion-activated)
• One on the right side of the property, facing the driveway and street (motion-activated)
• One on the front porch, facing the street (motion-activated)

It is less than a mile from the famous Gordon square. Less than 9 dollars uber/lyft ride from downtown Cleveland. All bus routes, and RTA are within a block or two. There is a firehouse 2.5 blocks out so sirens can be heard every once in a while.
