Updated and family-friendly, this canal-front home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy coastal living. Unwind on two private patios, grill out, or sway on the swing while soaking in the breeze. The beach is just a short walk away, and guests have access to a community pool, hot tub, and playground. Three kayaks, a paddleboard, beach chairs, and an umbrella are provided for easy days on the sound or sand. Fast WiFi and Roku make working or streaming a breeze.

All three bedrooms have an attached bathroom. The downstairs bath also opens to the hallways. Two desks for remote work are provided. The bright master bedroom has an upstairs deck with views of the sound/sunset and the ocean. The spacious living space downstairs opens to a deck.
