Luxury at its finest. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group & couples trips. Every amenity took into consideration with fine furnishings, extra large 80+inch TV in the living area, beautifully decorated with plush linens, beautiful rugs and accents. Our home comes with 3 large bedrooms: one with a very large king bed, side armchair and en-suite bathroom, a queen room & a double bedroom with a bathroom off the 2 bedrooms. Open concept kitchen, plenty of seating, and stainless steel.

The space
You’ll enjoy plenty of space in this brand new built home. All fine furnishings, an arcade area in the garage which also has a few electric scooters for cruises the neighborhood, our backyard features a gas fire pit for a relaxing evening after a sunny day at the beach just 15 minutes away. Granite countertops, gas cooking stove and plenty of space for extended stays. Perfect for business travelers, company trips or a casual family getaway. There are 3 cameras on the exterior doors and 1 camera in the garage covering the entry and roll-up door.

Guest access
Guests have access to everything except a closet in the master bath, the garage steel storage cabinets are also for our housekeeping staff.

Other things to note
There are cameras at the front door, opening of the garage , interior of garage and back door for the backyard.
Longer stays are available, please message the host for further instructions on the process. An additional rental agreement will be necessary to avoid confusion. No smoking inside the home or garage. Smoking is allowed outside. There is a cigarette butt canister on the back yard porch.
