This is the perfect home to getaway and relax. It's spacious with quiet surroundings and the pool is amazing. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the evenings. We will definitely book again.

We had a great stay at Laura‘s place. The house is immaculate and better than pictured. It is an excellent location to the beach and parks. There are several restaurants nearby and a mini golf. There was an assortment of indoor games and also outdoor games and sand toys for our use. The pool was steps from the house and the kids really enjoyed it. Laura was very responsive. The coffee maker was not working and she had a new one to us almost right away. I also liked the convenient outdoor shower for washing off sand. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

We had a great time, this house had everything we needed! It was nice having a heated pool as it was a little chilly in the evenings. The backyard was private and the street we were on was really quiet. The location was great, close enough to everything we needed but off the beaten path. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs with us too. Barbara was great with her communication and responded quickly to any questions we had. There were some gaps at the bottom of the fence in the backyard so make sure you are always with your pets, (as requested by the owners as well), so they don’t get out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and having a full size washer and dryer was wonderful!! We will be back!

We had an absolute blast! Thankful for the stocked coffee! It was clean and beautiful and big enough for my family to be comfortable!

Everything was PERFECT! The only trouble we had was figuring out the sound for the TV’s. Unfortunately, could not figure out the exterior TV, BUT, why waste time in tv in a house like that. From the rooms, to the hot tub, and night fishing, we had a blast! We will 100% be booking here again! Thank you, Michelle!

The house was not only accommodating in the need for a stay but beds were very high quality. The neighborhood was very quiet and family friendly. Tracey was an absolute joy to work with in making this happen. We will absolutely be looking to stay again this summer!

This little beach house is nice and cozy, the beds are very comfortable and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This is the second time we have stayed here and probably will again. Close to the beach which is perfect for coming and going with younger kids that need a midday nap. The park down the road is also nice for keeping the little ones occupied.

Marilyn's place made our Family Spring Break Vacay wonderful. The house is beautiful and spacious. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices and cooking equipment. The hot tub was a definite plus since Spring Break in Texas is always so unpredictable. Absolutely phenomenal! This place is the gold standard for a well equipped and maintained airbnb. Everything you could need as well as a communicative host, great local recommendations, and very comfortable beds. If I am back in the area, this will be the first place I look for.

As a superhost on Airbnb myself, let me tell you, this is a great place. The air conditioner is ice cold. The place is squeaky clean. The property is gated. It’s NEAR the beach. You have 4 cars, no problem. Our dogs were able to run freely, comfortably. The Koi pond was beautiful. I’d HIGHLY recommend the place and we WILL be back! Thank you Curtis; a true gentleman; especially to pet owners!
