Florida’s warm climate means ants, spiders, cockroaches, and mosquitoes are common in Cape Coral. To prevent them from entering, please keep windows and doors closed, and avoid leaving food out. We maintain a pest-free home with regular pest control service, but if you notice any issues, let us know and we’ll promptly address them.
For the safety and security of guests and the property, there is an outdoor security camera facing the driveway. This is only reviewed if necessary and is not monitored continuously to respect guest privacy.
The thermostat is set to remain between 70°F and 78°F for comfort.

Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighborhood by keeping noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Parking: The driveway can accommodate two vehicles. Please do not park on the lawn or block the sidewalk.
Trash Day: Trash collection is every Wednesday. If your stay falls on this day, kindly place the bins at the curb the night before and bring them back after collection.
Pest Control: Our home is regularly treated for pests, but due to the Florida climate, you may occasionally see insects. Please keep doors and windows closed to help prevent them from entering.
Safety Precautions: There is an outdoor security camera overlooking the driveway for safety and liability purposes, which is only reviewed if needed and not continuously monitored.
