Only 11 miles to Port Charlotte Town Center Mall, 11 miles to Coco Plum Shopping Plaza in North Port and 20 miles to Downtown Punta Gorda and Fisherman's Village. 20 Golf Courses in Charlotte County, Parks, Local Farm Markets, Boating, Fishing and so much more!

The space
All furnishings, LG appliances, bedding, etc. are all brand new in January 2025.

Master suite comes with king bed, 50 inch flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower.

2nd bedroom comes with Queen size bed and 43" flat screen TV.

3 bedroom comes with two Twin beds and 43” flat screen TV.

Both Queen bedroom and Twin bedroom share the 2nd bathroom that has its own shower with bath and a very spacious vanity.

Your rental comes fully equipped and rental ready with bed linens, bath towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, common kitchen appliances and more.
As a courtesy, a few ** trial size** items such as bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, 2- laundry pods and 2 - dish detergent pods will be left in the unit for use along with a limited amount of paper goods (1- roll of toilet paper for each bathrooms and 1- roll of paper towels for the kitchen).
***It is strongly recommended you purchase additional supplies at one of our local merchants for the remainder of your stay.***

We have provided Four Beach Chairs, One Beach Umbrella and Four Beach Towels for you. These items can be found inside the Laundry room.

Quiet hours are between 10:00PM Eastern Time Until 7:30AM Eastern Time.
We ask that you please be respectful to our surrounding neighbors.

Please note no boats are other sport water vehicles are allowed to be parked at this home in the driveway. If you need a place to park we can assist you with that.
