***HEATED POOL AND OUTDOOR SPACE***
Our pool and lounge area with patio furnishings are perfect for enjoying time on your Florida vacation in the sun and making memories with family and friends.
Pool settings are scheduled and set to 86 degrees, however when air temperature drop below 70 degrees it can affect the pool temperature. Unfortunately pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
***REC ROOM WITH ADDITIONAL BED***
The three car garage has been converted into a huge open rec room. This air conditioned/heated room includes a high end foosball table, arcade-quality air hockey table, couch, barstools, smart TV, wet bar, and a queen size Murphy bed!
***LIVING ROOM***
In addition to the rec room, this home has two comfortable living room spaces. Both spaces include smart TVs with plenty of seating room for guests.
***OPEN KITCHEN AND DINING AREA***
Our kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, high quality dishes, glasses, pots, pans, knives and everything you’ll ever need: oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and microwave. If you don't feel like eating a meal on the covered patio overlooking the pool and yard, there is a full dining room plus barstool countertop seating.
***BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS***
Memory foam mattresses in every room! We know a good night sleep is part of a good vacation! Master bath has separate shower and tub, and both bathrooms come well equipped with plenty of soft towels. The two bedrooms with king sized beds have 43 inch smart TVs.

We truly want every guest to have a wonderful, relaxing stay at our property—that's what we're all about!
We have a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY to keep things peaceful and respectful for everyone, including our neighbors in this quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Parties will face eviction without refund, plus a $500 eviction fee.
No drug use on the property.
We ask that you keep noise at a considerate level during the day. No loud or vulgar music outside. Per our county ordinance, quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM.
No smoking of any kind indoors, including in the garage.
All guests in the booking must be 25 years or older, unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Our maximum occupancy is 12 people total, with no more than 8 adults.

We are a dog friendly property. We allow 2 small dogs per booking with a $150 pet fee.
Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the kitchen, the game room, and the private backyard with the pool.
Parking is available for a maximum of 4 cars in the driveway.
Please note: The garage is used exclusively as a game room and is not available for parking or storage.
Other things to note
Pet Policy: We are happy to welcome up to two small, fully trained dogs for an additional $150 fee. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside the fenced area and kenneled when you are not home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in the pool. We do not allow cats.
Safety & Security: For your security, there are two cameras on the exterior of the property: one at the front door and one over the garage, pointing toward the driveway. These cameras record continuous video and audio.
Pool Safety: The private pool is for your enjoyment. Please swim at your own risk. No diving is allowed, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
