A large private lakeview room with private bath in our home. Lots of amenities + blackout curtains because we value quality sleep, grounding sheet option, red light panel, vibe machine, gym, air filter, RVO water system.
We have cats but not in the guest room (which they hate). Message me with any questions or requests. We are also on FB. If you have a pet, talk to me about what's possible.

The space
Your bedroom is large & private: You'll have your own TV, mini fridge, dining area and desk in room. We have the fastest wifi available in the area as well as Cat 6 hard wiring if you need it. There's a coffee bar in the dining room + microwave in the kitchen for your convenience.

Guest access
Your room and bath are yours. Our rooms are off limits. The kitchen, den and dining room are all negotiable. In case you forget anything, I probably have it... like sunscreen, aspirin and toothpaste--just ask!

During your stay
We live here but we both work. You can have minimal interaction or chat us up, your choice. We've lived here for years so we can make suggestions for restaraunts, etc.

Other things to note
I use an ozone machine to reinforce my cleaning because it kills germs, molds and viruses.

Please understand, we are a few yards away from lake and waterway. You might see or encounter wildlife while on our property, including but not limited to: raccoon, opossum, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, eagles, osprey, herons, egrets, hummingbirds and even the occasional fox strolls by. These creatures reside here and we have no control over them. While we do our best, the occasional bug may get in. We cannot control mother nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her creatures during your stay.

NOTE: We are quite early risers. Our day typically starts at 5AM and ends by 9PM. Quiet after 10 is essential. Because of this we typically have guest over 30 and people who are here on business.
