The space
Welcome to our neighborhood! Our home is a three bedroom, two bath house in the historic Woodland Drives neighborhood. It has a two-car carport, cable TV, hardwood floors, large kitchen, laundry, and a private backyard. It is furnished with high-end and eclectic furnishings and decor, and the kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee, tea, and basic cooking essentials. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed, we also provide an inflatable mattress and a travel crib upon request.

Our home is located in walking distance to the Country Club, Myers, Optimist and Cascades Parks. It is 2 miles from the Capitol Building, and 3 miles from both FSU, FAMU and the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center. New Leaf Market (organic/coop groceries), Winn Dixie (groceries), Starbucks, and Governor’s Square Mall are all within 1.5 miles. Taxi and Uber/Lyft are readily available.

This is a great rental for professionals, with two dedicated wi-fi networks with high speed internet, and two large tables for workspaces. We also welcome families, we have many children’s books for kids of all ages, a high chair/booster seat, travel crib and toys/puzzles. Please contact us for additional information or requests.

We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to cover the possibility of unforeseen interruptions to your travel plans. Please consider the Airbnb cancellation policy carefully, as it does not cover illness or family emergencies.
