The space
AREA UPDATE: We’re pleased to share that restoration efforts following the recent storms are progressing well. The majority of shops, restaurants, and bars of John's Pass Village have completed renovations, are open, and offering significant discounts and specials as the area recovers. Our elevator is up and running and our pool still closed til mid February. If you have any questions or need additional details about your stay, please feel free to reach out to us.

Setup for larger families (or friends!), this spacious two bedroom condo gives you everything you're looking for. The large balcony gives totally unobstructed views of the Gulf beaches and water, and sets up perfectly for the evening Sunset. It's simply the best place to be when the sun goes down and a cool drink in your hand...everything just slows down and you really get to wind down.

Our Condo sits directly on the finest area of beach in the heart of Madeira Beach with easy walking distance to lots of great activities, restaurants, and shopping. The year round heated pool gives a fabulous and refreshing reprieve from the beach, and provides the perfect place for both adults and kids to relax and enjoy the warm Florida sun.

Please note, parking is very limited at this resort. Only one car is permitted in our assigned spot for this condo. Guest parking is limited and first come first serve spots in the pools lane.

All our properties include free parking, a complete linen set, beach and bath towels, a starter set of paper goods, hand soap, dishwashing soap and trash bags, free WiFi access.
