Grasmere lodge is set in the heart of the Lake District, a Unesco World Heritage site, on the White Cross Bay Holiday Park.

You’ll love my place because of access to Lake Windermere, long walks in the country and the many activities available.

The lodge is ideal for couples and families a like.

The space
Grasmere lodge offers the perfect stay for guest looking for either a relaxing stay or action packed activities. The Lodge can accommodate up to 4 adults and a toddler.

There are 2 bedrooms:
- Master bedroom with king size bed and en suite
- Twin room with TV (including Freeview, sky sports and sky movies channels)

The main bathroom has a bath with shower plus hand basin and toilet

There is an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area.
The kitchen has:
- Cooker and gas hobs
- Microwave
- Fridge and freezer
- Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and utensils
- washing machine

There is a brand new sunny decking area which is set up for dining al fresco.

Adjacent to the lodge is parking spaces for 2 cars.

Guest access
The White Cross Bay park offers a whole host of activities:
- Indoor heated swimming pool - you can pre-book inflatable jet skis, water walking and Aqua jets
- Steam room, Sauna and Jacuzzi
- Children's play area
- Sports pitches
- Fully licensed bar
- Restaurant
- Direct access to Lake Windermere - Ideal for those wanting to paddle board or kayak
- Woodland walk
- Picnic areas overlooking the lake

The Park offer leisure passes (available to buy at reception) - this includes access to the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

There are children's activities and entertainment which can be viewed on the White Cross Bay website or on the notice board at reception. Please book any activities you are interested in with reception.

Other things to note
Hen and Stag parties are not permitted at this lodge or on the Park

There is tons of activities to keep you busy during your stay from walking around the lakes, visiting Brockhole Visitor Centre, which is a 1/2 mile walk from the lodge. You can explore the gardens and the adventure playground; play mini golf; or embark on lake-based activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, rowing or walking on water inside a giant inflatable ball. There is also a new aerial woodland adventure Treetop Trek and a wildlife experience at Predator Park.

Is walking is not your thing then take a cruise with Windermere Lake Cruises. Enjoy a relaxing cruise on a Windermere Steamer for views of dramatic mountain scenery, sheltered bays, and lush, wooded islands. Create a whole day out by combining a trip on the lake with a stop off at one of the lakeside attractions, such as the Lakeland Motor Museum or the award-winning Lakes Aquarium – or head out in the evening for a romantic sunset cruise.
