Welcome to Dockside Palms (our happy place)! This newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath canal-front home offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay — from spacious living areas to a stocked game room and spring-fed water access. Whether you’re here for family fun, a couples’ getaway, or a peaceful retreat, this home has it all.

🛏 Bedrooms

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, en suite bathroom with rain shower-head, fresh bath and beach towels
Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed
Third Bedroom: Full size bed with a twin size bunk, ideal for kids or additional guests
All bedrooms feature ceiling fans, wall mounted smart TVs, soft linens and cozy pillows for a great night’s sleep.
*We have an inflatable mattress in the main bedroom closet along with extra sheets, pillows and blankets and a daybed in the game room.

🛁 Bathrooms

Aside from the en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom, there is also a full guest bath with walk-in rain shower, bidet, and in-unit washer/dryer.
Convenient half bath near the waterfront entrance for easy access from outdoor fun.

Enjoy evenings in the game room with a foosball table, card table complete with games, and a large TV for your game console — fun for all ages! Other things to note
EV charging available via 50-amp (NEMA 14-50) outlet. Guest must provide their own charger. Optional EV charging fee: $10/day. Must be requested in advance.

Please clean out the Solo Stove firepit after use. Allow ashes to cool, then empty them into the metal ash container provided. Thank you for helping us keep the space safe and ready for the next guest.
