This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Clifford Lodge Barn is a delightful and peaceful detached 3 bedroom barn conversion situated next to the River Teign within Dartmoor National Park.
There is a large kitchen/living room with a woodburner and TV.
The King size bedroom has an en suite and a TV, the double has a nearby bathroom, and the twin has a nearby shower room and also has a TV.
The WIFI is fast and we have books, DVDs and boardgames!
There is a shared courtyard for parking.
A perfect location for long walks and exploring!

The space
Due to the nature of the property it might not be suitable for children age 2 to 8 years old. There is a spiral stone staircase. If you want to discuss this with us then please do message for more information.

Neighborhood highlights

Situated next to the River Teign within Dartmoor National park. The house is surrounded by beautiful National trust woodland and fields with plenty of wildlife including deer and hares. There is a beautiful walk or cycle ride 2.6 miles up along the River Teign to Fingle bridge, and the Fingle Bridge Inn. And on towards the National trust's Castle Drogo, the last castle to be built in England.
The house is situated between the villages of Dunsford and Drewsteignton. It is 3 miles from Cheriton Bishop and 4 miles from the larger (but still small) town of Moretonhampstead. All have a village store, pub and church.
Exeter is only 10 miles away and offers an extensive range of cultural, educational, retail and recreational facilities.
