Casa Encanto is located at Loft 268 which is a beautifully designed 7-story residence steps away from everything you’d want on the flats of Old Town in Zona Romantica. A 3 minute walk to the beach and the Malecon for enjoyable strolls on this beautiful mile-long esplanade filled with a wide variety of restaurants, stores, bars, street entertainers and more. Amazing food within walking distance to many fantastic restaurants, unique coffee shops and breakfast sites.

The space
Professionally designed interior and model unit, Casa Encanto is a charming 1,250 sq. ft., 2BR/2BA, 4th floor condo with an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen leading to a spacious balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed with bath; second bedroom has a queen and quest bath, both with ample closet space. All rooms have AC and ceiling fans. The kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and supplies with a dining table to seat 6. The living area has a long comfortable couch with 3 additional armchairs with a Smart TV with Roku, Netflix and a sound bar for relaxing at home. Plus, comfortable seating on the balcony for morning coffee and fresh air.

Common Amenities

Loft 268 provides exceptional amenities with an innovative rooftop area that incorporates a large infinity-edge pool with waterfall, gym, glassed Sky Bar with billiards table, BBQ area, fire pit, hydromassage and multiple sunning areas complete with lounge chairs and day beds - all with ocean and mountain views. The entrance to the building is striking and stylish, the lobby is an open-air concept with manicured tropical gardens, covered lounge areas, and a soothing multilevel rock water feature.

Guest access
The area is central enough in Old Town that you can walk to almost everywhere in 5-10 minutes. There's normally a taxi waiting across the street or down the block and is a flat 50-60 peso ride around Old Town. Uber's are plentiful as well and a ride to the airport is usually between 150-200 pesos.

Favorite places visited include Rio (~30 trips), Barcelona (10+ trips), Tokyo, Istanbul and NYC where i lived for 12 years. I've stayed in some dismal hostels all the way to 5+ star hotels and can appreciate that the journey is half the adventure. I live by the Platinum rather than the Golden Rule. I'm friendly, clean and honest and promise to take great care of your place should I ever be a guest!
