Availability has been coordinated between both listings during the transition, so there are no conflicting reservation dates. A virtual Walkthrough:

When you arrive, you’ll likely enter from the alley if you’re coming by car. There are four private parking spaces on the property: two covered spaces inside the garage area and two additional spaces directly behind them on the pavers.

From the garage, you’ll go through a second door secured with a keypad. Enter the code and you’ll arrive at the ground-floor entry area, where you’ll find both the stairs and the elevator.

There’s also a small nook tucked underneath the stairs with a TV and twin mattress. It’s set up as a casual little hangout area and is pictured with the “Gaming Zone” sign. Please note that this is not a formal sleeping space.

From here, head upstairs to the first true living floor, which is home to all three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and its own balcony.

The king suite features a true king bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a shower and his-and-hers sinks. This bedroom is located at the front of the property, closest to the commercial block in front of the home.

The queen bedroom has one true queen bed and its own private bathroom and balcony.

The multi-bed bedroom is the room pictured with several beds. It includes one twin bed in the corner, plus a king-sized sleeping setup made from two full-size mattresses placed together in the white bed frame. There is also a pull-out trundle underneath.

Continue upstairs to the third floor, which is the main living and gathering space. Here you’ll find the living room, kitchen, dining room, and wet bar. The wet bar also has its own ice machine.

The kitchen is fully stocked for guests who enjoy cooking, with plenty of spices, olive oil, cookware, pans, and the everyday essentials you’d need to prepare a good meal.

Back downstairs in the covered garage, you’ll also find lots of beach and outdoor gear available for your stay, including shovels and water toys, a Burleigh wagon, cooler, two kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, beach chairs, balls, bikes, life jackets, and pickleball gear.

The Living Spaces
The open-concept living area is the heart of the home — anchored by a custom wet bar, multiple seating areas, and sweeping balcony views of the bay. Watch boats glide by from any of 3 fully furnished balconies, each stocked with comfortable seating perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
The Kitchen
The spacious open kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with premium appliances, gorgeous countertops, and everything you need to prepare and share meals together. No need to eat out every night — though amazing restaurants are just steps away.
The Bedrooms
Three luxurious king suites each feature private balconies, en-suite full baths, large closets, and plush bedding for a true hotel-quality sleep. Two suites are located on the 2nd floor. One suite includes a twin trundle bed — ideal for families — and a private office area for remote working guests.
The Hot Tub
Soak your cares away in the private hot tub — perfect after a day on the water or a night out in Gulfport. Day or night, it's one of the most popular spots in the house.
