THE HOUSE is a tastefully decorated, upscale and well-equipped beach home that has been completely remodeled. It sleeps 6 guests and offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen and a cozy living/dining area with a sofa sleeper. You will love the secluded, tropical patio which offers a hot tub and a BBQ for relaxing moments. The property is located in a quiet and upscale, residential neighborhood of Clearwater North Beach, just across the street of the beautiful and pristine Gulf Beach. Clearwater Beach with its vibrant public beach life, various shopping opportunities and diverse restaurants is just a mile away. The House and Cottage can be BOOKED TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY and are the perfect place for families, family get togethers or romantic get-aways. It is NOT SUITABLE FOR SPRINGBREAKERS or any group that wants an environment that allows loud parties. THE AWARD-WINING GULF BEACH IS ONLY 32 STEPS AWAY! Grill, TVs, cable, WIFI, multiple driveways for parking, beautiful landscaping. Walk to shopping, dining or island attractions. Take the public trolley around the island or go as far south as Treasure Island! Check-in is 4:00pm or later; check-out is promptly at 10:00am to leave time for cleaning crew. IMPORTANT: We do not advertise on Craigslist! Be safe and only deal with the owner. COVID-19 Pinellas County is open for short term vacation rentals with guidelines that we are following in full. We take the safety of our guest and cleaning staff extremely seriously. Our cleaning crews are using sanitizer and disinfectant on all surfaces before your arrival and as cleaning is taking longer than previously it is unlikely that we can offer early check-ins or late checkouts. Our houses have well equipped kitchens and we believe that separate units are the best option for vacationing in the time of Covid-19. Florida is seeing an increase in cases at the moment and we stress the importance of guests taking travel insurance that would cover them in the event that they no longer want to travel to Florida. In the event that the administration halts vacation rentals we would of course refund guests as we could no longer accept them. We have to stress that after two months of cancellations and re-bookings we will not be able to offer refunds if Clearwater Beach remains open for vacation rentals but guests decide not to travel.

Our home is beautifully updated, fully furnished and decorated in a beach theme. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. We have a beautiful pond in the back. Perfect for you to relax and BBQ while enjoying our wonderful Florida weather. The house has a Smart TV, Internet w/Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and much more. Everything you need to make your stay perfect. One block to the beach, quiet and safe 2 br, 1ba, 700 sq.ft. well equipped kitchen, lots of pots and pans, blender, mixer, regular coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle. High quality mattresses, front patio well equipped, 3 TV:S - in all rooms, charcoal grill, 19 towels: 4-shower, 4-hands, 4-wash cloth, 4- beach towels, 4 beach chairs, a cooler, hair dryer, iron, ceiling fans, parking for 2 cars. This is a beautiful 3/2 full baths, with heated pool. Extremely well cared for and offers many great amenities. Sits on a 1/2 acre with an awesome yard, variety of different fruit trees and plants. Has a heated pool, 2 firepits, 2 day beds, hammock, lots of seating. Only 5-10minutes to the sugar sand beaches, walking distance to a big park, as well as the Pinellas Trail, (biking, workout trail 35 miles long) Grocery stores, gas stations, banks, restaurants, etc all within 10 min.

No mandatory evacuation zone. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips, very spacious 4 rooms and common areas, every room has a ceiling fan and Smart TV . Location is perfect, 5 min to US 19, 20 min to Tampa Airport, 20 min to downtown, 20 min to beaches, safe and quiet neighbourhood. Hun’s property is in a terrific location on a quiet street. It is close and convenient to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The house is all new construction, clean, and well appointed. My husband and I felt very comfortable there and had a great stay. Hun was particularly responsive the times I had to reach out to him. It would be a pleasure to stay at this property again.

I stayed at Karina's lovely 3-bedroom house 2/15/25-3/15/25. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. The pool was great. I was in there a lot. The temperature was about 73 degrees. The beach is about 1 hour away (due to traffic). There were many restaurants, grocery stores, LA Fitness, and anything else you might need nearby. If you like dive bars - go to Joy Bar. It has 2 pool tables, 2 dart boards, and cheap drinks. Karina communicated well and promptly. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay here! The floors were so clean and shiny and the house has everything you need and more. Hosts very quickly responded to any questions we had. It is very close to great beaches and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Christopher was great we had some electrical issues and he was very responsive and willing to accommodate our needs. This home is small but has lots of spaces to lounge and relax or read a book. The backyard was great we had a small reunion with family and it really accommodated our needs. The bathroom could use a lock for the door and some tighting up of the bowl but otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Extremely beautiful sunsets great location felt private, but we were on a beach, which does have people. Super convenient for everyone to switch from heated pool to beach so could always do what you wanted. A lot of local eating places some were walkable which made it convenient for the young adults. We ordered groceries so we could cook in the unit and grill outdoors which made it less costly. Still had signs of the hurricane from the fall, but in good condition.(missing tiles around the pool.) Having three different units made it easy to retreat from everyone at night if you wanted to relax. It fit our family needs of 7 adults and 3 kids very well. Overall we would stay here again easily. Hopefully returning in Springbreak 2026
