Beautiful place peaceful laid back neighborhood

due to Helene there was no wifi. Maria and her husband purchased a separate wifi device just so we had wifi. very responsive and helpful.

We stayed here right after Hurricane Helene for work, had to evacute for Milton, and then came back. Mark and his crew was amazing from start to finish in accommodations and communication.

This was a great home for our stay! We had a great time and will definitely reach out on our next trip!

Phillip & Kathleen's place is comfortable, convenient, attractive, and extremely well-stocked with everything you might need, from coffee to a full set of condiments to sandwich bread and fresh fruit. Their communications regarding the house, amenities, and check-in/check out procedures were clear and comprehensive. We. also found the neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. My family and I were only in town for a few days and spent most of our time out visiting with relatives, so we didn't meet our hosts. They are obviously very hospitable people, though, judging by the way they have set up their place.

I enjoyed the stay. Had no issues. Is nearby a lot. Thanks for hosting.

Karina was a great host. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The only thing was in the picture it had a grill which my Uncles was looking forward to, but she explained to why and we totally understood. Any questions I had she was very fast to replying back and the house was in a great location, next to all of the shopping stores. I would most definitely book this home again whenever visiting the Tampa area.

This is a nice and spacious home and we enjoyed our short stay here very much. There is a lovely backyard and three bathrooms. Would recommend this home.

Lovely place. I was in town for my sons surgery so we were only there for a few hours. It was nice to have a nice place to sleep the night before surgery.

Easy location to find and get to all the area attractions, with great parking. Very comfortable bed and wonderful place to rest between daily adventures throughout St. Petersburg. Lisa really has the place set up for easy living to feel right at home as soon as you arrive. We will return again. Delightful host.

Jason was an absolutely wonderful host and so accommodating. We had several travel issues and needed to find a place last minute, and Jason was super responsive and helped get our vacation back on track. He's super helpful and his home is absolutely gorgeous and close to so many things. An amazing place to stay and relax. So glad we found his home, it truly saved our vacation.

We had the best time at The Pickett Fence!! This was the first airbnb that I actually felt safe and relaxed in. Jason is a wonderful host and gave a perfect tour of the house when we arrived. There was everything we needed and more here! Next time I stay I can pack much lighter 😉.

The house is clean and private. Nice patio and pool. Dishwasher is good. Rooms are good. The master toilet is little tight to straighten the legs. Hosts are responsive and helpful. House size is kinda small for the high pricing. Maybe it is due to the demand and the hurricane. Overall rating should be 4.5-4.8.

Host is friendly and proactive. The house is beautiful, lots of spaces, everything needed included to feel right at home. Definitely recommend for everyone.

Vito allowed us to check in early, which was great since we had to check out of our resort at 11am in Kissimmee then drive an hour and a half to Largo. The home was very easy to find and check in. Once we entered the home we could feel the love Vito puts into welcoming his guests. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The snacks and waters were such a sweet touch. The kids, and Grandma, lol, enjoyed playing pac man. We all appreciated the big TV’s not only in the living room, but also bedrooms: an amenity we take for granted at home, but had to do without at other Airbnbs and hated it, so we are truly grateful Vito has them in his home. The home really had everything we needed. We enjoyed our peace there after five days at the very busy Disney parks. Thanks again Vito. We look forward to coming again.
