Recovering from hurricane Helene
This place is a remodeled mobile home with attached Florida room. Private garden It has one bedroom with queen bed. We have Queen size pull out couch in one area,daybed on porchOur place is located in Sun RV Resort. ’The resort has a swimming pool, working out room and laundry facilities. It is less than a mile away from Dunedin golf course,Honeymoon Island, Famous Pinellas bike trail WE ALLOW PETS with approval of host This is our family vacation home.

The space
The property is located in a resort. We have outdoor and indoor dining at the residence. I have a very nice little private sitting area in the backyard. There is a washer and dryer on the property that you may use. The shed outback is full of beach toys cabanas lawn chairs, coolers anything you might need to go to the beach. This is our family vacation home.

Other things to note
Please do not smoke in the house there is are many areas to sit around the outside of the house as well as a bistro set to sit in the back porch area. Laundry is located inside the house. Animals must not be left alone in the house unless kenneled up.
