We are so happy with our stay . Everything you need has been provided in a clean well kept comfortable home . We enjoyed just relaxing by the pool and loved how close we were to our family staying on the beach . We have a little old dog that travels everywhere with us and it was the perfect setup for him . We were close to bike the trail. We brought our own bikes but David even has those provided if you need them! As an Airbnb host myself …I appreciate all the little details ! We will definitely plan to return !

We definitely enjoyed our Spring Break in this home! The pool was, by far, absolutely perfect! We enjoyed the outdoor area very much! Great location! They provided everything from bath/pool towels to beach chairs for a beach day! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in, but with so many great restaurants nearby, a person even want to stay home and eat! The Manchester home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walks to the nearby parks! Don’t hesitate on this home, if it’s available, RENT IT!

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

We were blown away by how beautiful and clean the house and pool were! The yard and firepit were nice too! Felt right at home and comfortable as soon as we walked in. I would highly recommend staying here. It had everything we needed, and was a perfect fit for our family!

The house was absolutely gorgeous. It was just the right amount of space for my wife and I. The pool was great and the gas grill was super easy to use for some quick steaks. Communication was top tier. 10/10 They made sure if we needed anything we can contact them. Response time was phenomenal. The instructions for everything were clear and concise even with some reminders on certain days (trash pick up etc). Location is great. There’s a park nearby with a nice bay view and some good local eats. We hope to come back again next year. Great hosts.

The place is as described. Pool area was fantastic. Could use more silverware. Close to the beach. restaurants and stores.

I’ve found my new favorite staycation spot and where I will enthusiastically recommend to friends and family visiting the area. The space was thoughtfully designed, clean, and comfortable. I will miss my morning coffee on the patio amongst all the plants and birds, my daily work sessions in the small quiet office, and the evening dips in the hot tub. Thanks for your thoughtfulness in creating this space!

Ari was an excellent Airbnb host. Very prompt with all our requests. The house was as described, very comfortable and clean. An extra large pool was a welcome item for everyone when we returned from our excursions every day. I highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Ybor City. Our hosts were kind, communicated well, and made our stay extremely convenient. The hot tub was very nice, and the roosters in the backyard added a nice charm. The location was also very convenient. We certainly would stay here again. 5 stars!

Pat & Krystens place was so homey, comfortable, and decorated so darn cute. The backyard was truly tranquil, pool was amazing with the floaties, the tiki bar and black stone grill, a perfect paradise with the palm trees, hammock, wooden lawn chairs, couch and hot tub. Pat & Krysten were excellent with communication. The house was clean and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend this place 😊

Words cannot describe what a wonderful experience this was. Dawn and Leo are truly amazing hosts. I felt right at home the moment I checked. The tent was just was just as described and more. House was great spacious for what we needed and we had six in our party. Location is good right off of 34th St. which is a main highway that can take you anywhere in Pinellas County. Marisa and Rachel were absolutely amazing, out of all of the places that I’ve stayed at Airbnb, they have been the most responsive and makes you feel like they really care. I can say if you want the most out of your stay, I do recommend renting the RV that is on property as well. We were unaware that somebody was staying on property with us and we were not told so if you want the most privacy I would recommend the RV. Great for an area where kids can be kids. The game room was awesome 👏🏻 they had board games but in addition had a pool table, foosball and an amazing area to have a movie night with the family on the projector!! And of course can’t forget the hot tub. We had to do some cleaning for that but due to the season with pollen it’s inevitable. We had an amazing stay, thank you Marissa & Rachel 🩷

This Airbnb was definitely the most well equipped Airbnb I have yet to stay in. Everything you could need is provided, from toothbrushes and toothpaste to a hot tub and fireplace. The host was responsive and helpful. We loved the home as it was very cozy and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you want a home near the beach and the rest of the Tampa bay area.

We went to Tampa for a business trip, but didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We chose this place because of the location on the water and the kayaks. We spent almost all of our time on the water and fishing. The house was located close to everything you would possibly need, but once you were out back you forgot you were close to the city! The hosts were super responsive anytime I messaged with questions. The house was very comfortable. AC was cold. Comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again!

Christina's place was comfortable and Spotless, and it had a nicely stocked kitchen and bathroom toiletries. the only downside is that it's very difficult to find, which is the fault of Google Maps and the fact that I arrived late at night in a rainstorm when visibility was poor. Google Maps will send you down a random side street and make you think you have to walk across a field to get there. you don't. you need to read Christina's directions carefully to figure out where to turn off of the main road. I think that having some lights on the house may have helped, but no matter: once you spot the church sign in the front, it all makes sense.

First time renting through Airbnb. House was just what I expected to see, clean and pleasantly decorated. The yard was mowed and fence was secure for our dog. Veronica was very nice and helpful. It even worked out for us to add a day to our stay when we got to Florida a day early. There were extra blankets, towels and the kitchen was well equipped. The house was the ideal size for my husband and I. Plenty of room for my dog to play. I was very happy with my stay.

This home is awesome, roomy, clean, the fenced in yard was awesome for the dogs! My favorite spot in the whole place was the back porch!! Cara is the best host I've ever had, she was great for restaurant advice, my neck was pretty messed up when we got there, asked her for a suggestion on a massage therapist, she hooked me up!! Very knowledgeable of the area! Thank you Cara, we had a blast.

Nicole was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. Her listing is a gem, very clean, fresh and comfortable. Coffee bar was a great perk. I am looking forward to coming back here again to stay when visiting family. Thank you, Nicole and Theodore!

Convenient location. Very clean house. Perfect for our family of 3 and a dog. Our dog enjoyed fully fenced, well maintained yard! We hope to be back next year!

We loved staying in this zen getaway home - very peaceful! It’s in our old neighborhood, so close to all of friends. The boys loved being walking/scootering distance from the playground and we enjoyed to cute bodega up the street. It’s in a family friendly neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.

Lea’s place was great for a stay attending a swim meet at the North Shore Aquatics Complex. Her place was just as described and had everything that you could want. The backyard was really nice and relaxing! Sitting under the umbrella on a lounge chair in the afternoon was perfect! The master bathroom was really nice. I appreciated the shower controls being on the wall which allowed you to turn the shower on without getting soaked. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would ever need to prep a meal. While we didn’t have a dog with us, Lea’s would be an excellent place to stay with a pup.

We would recommend this listing. It was very clean. There were extra blankets, pillows and towels. Though we only used this for sleeping, due to our busy itinerary, it was stocked with extras like dishes and pots and pans and even spices to help prepare meals in. Chelsea sent a quick text every day to check on us with excellent communication. There were a few snack size bags of chips and cold bottles of water upon our arrival for a nice extra touch. The street noise is on the living room side, not the bedrooms. It was perfect for our needs.
